The room was clean. Bed and extra bed were comfortable. Spa was good. Breakfast also was very good. The hotel is also pet friendly. the staffs are all very nice.

The Spa and swimming pool only open after 10:00hr even on the weekend. So not possible for morning swim. The water in the swimming pool can be a little warmer. We requested for extra pillows during the booking but it was not available. Need to pay extra city tax even through on the booking.com said that it was already included into the room price. We specifically asked this and show the message from the booking.com but we still need to pay the city tax extra.

The rooms are clean and pretty spacious I chose the hotel because of the recommendation of our business partner, we received corporate rates because of this.

Stayed 3 times here, but the 4th time they did not agree to give us the corporate rates of our partner anymore, because the invoicing was made to a different firm. Because of this bureaucracy, i am staying in another hotel now, and will not choose this one anymore. They will not rent at a lower rate, but also lost a recurring business client. There is a persistent smell on the corridors The breakfast is kind of boring, same stuff every day, never changes At the bar I had a bad experience with one waiter who was rude, but this was one case, the other staff was ok

The hotel looks and feels modern and fresh, from the moment you walk in the lobby. Front desk staff was very professional and helpful (special thanks to Mr. Rastislav for his kindness). Our room was surprisingly large, as well as the bathroom equipped with both shower and bathtub. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows fluffy. We ordered dinner in the room and the service was quick and well-presented.

The a/c was a bit noisy but perhaps only for light sleepers like me. Everything else was just perfect.

Overall the hotel is very nice, clean, very well equipped and comfortable. This time I had a huge room with huge bathroom too. Breakfast is delicious with a good selection, staff is polite.

I’ve been here 3 times because our Slovakian office is just 6 minutes away, so perfect location. All 3 times the check in took ages, today also the check out. I’m a frequent traveler and it’s really shockingly long. They must upgrade to a better hotel admin system because this is just not acceptable, sorry. Apart from that in my room the temperature was above 26 degrees far too much and the controller does not work, windows are not openable. When I entered the room it smelled from cigarette though I found a sign that smoking was not allowed. As a non smoker I’m very sensitive and can smell the smallest remedies. The last 2 thing I can accept but the extreme slow reception work not.

.Richard, this gentleman handles in a special way. Smiling, friendly, very helpful. Mr. manager is also fine. Helpful staff, we got printed instructions and a map on how to get to the points we wanted to visit. The hotel is located in front of a large shopping center, Very BIG PLUS and has everything in it (jewelry stores, shoes, drugstores, clothes, groceries, bakeries, cafes, ice cream parlors, kaufland, gym, etc. eat in L. A. Fingers !, MCDonald also under his breath! there is a bus stop right next to it. Great connection with the cebtrum. First bus, change to the tram and to the center (on buses each station is displayed / and is spoken aloud) tickets for two adults for 60min 2.60E (you move both by tram and bus) Taxi from the airport at night cost 15e. On the way back we took the bus 4 stops for 2.60e. The airport can be seen from the hotel window, it is located behind this Avion shopping center about 2.5 km from the hotel. Due to a minor misunderstanding, they changed our room 2x. Both rooms are very similar to each other, the difference is sometimes the color of the wallpaper, bathtub or shower, or both, bidet or without a bidet. In each room tea and coffee set (I got milk from the bar downstairs) and a mini bar (fridge) Note! It is BEST to download the application upon arrival, then you will find out that the bar is paid (parking also 10 days outside, and in the basement 20 - we did not have a car, I heard the price when someone else was staying). Rooms clean and smelling (even in the elevator smells good) there is a safe, a list and a price list if you want to use the dry laundry, There are a lot of towels, cosmetics as in the photo, there is even a mini set of facial flakes or ear sticks and a mini nail file. The dryer is good, it can do the trick! Green tea cosmetics smell beautiful, unfortunately the shampoo dried my hair a lot, the conditioner did not do it until such a good job, the body lotion was nice.

1. Not working jacuzzi and pool for which we chose the hotel 2. If you don't download their app, they won't tell you that the hotel has hidden costs such as a mini bar 3. Nice room, but you can already see the wear of the furniture, 4. Tv could be newer 5.Same breakfasts 6. Personally, I do not recommend food from the hotel restaurant, I did not like it 7. smell in the sauna .. Moderately pleasant

Big and clean rooms. Underground parking with charging station. Close to airport and Mall. Modern furniture and furnishings.

Everything was perfect with one exception in the rooms, all the signs were not in English and the things that were taken out of the minibar were not actually welcome drinks, but were charged to us after leaving the hotel. They left us with the bad feeling that we had stolen something for which it was not clear that it had been paid for.

- the thai massage was very good - rooms were very equipped and clean - besides some negative stuff (like mentioned), it was a very good experience.

- Swirl poor wasn't working and one of the reasons we booked this hotel was the spa amenities. - Our entry cards were deactivated, before our checkout. we had to talk to the reception to get in our rooms. - It wasn't obvious if the minibar content was extra or included in the price. had to ask for a pricelist in the reception. - no tourist suggestions / info for a trip to town. - breakfast was a bit expensive. - there was a bit of a communication difficulty

Cleanliness and service were amazing , location was perfect for us, easy access to the city but also easy to get out and visit family in the surrounding area , will use this hotel now on any future visits, best we have stayed in during our many visits to Bratislava, the room was cleaned and fresh bedding and towels everyday, staff really couldn't do enough for the guests , would highly recommend

Very nice breakfast with huge selection of food including savory and sweet options. Easy to reach by car, close to Bratislava airport. Big room and bathroom with shower.

Expensive parking (20 EUR per night) ok for Zurich, not Bratislava, this ain't city centre! Hard to manage room temperature, it was kind of cold in the room. Got an expensive rate for that night (over 150 EUR for single room), guess something on in the city for such a rate???

it’s a very nice hotel with quality materials. Breakfast is great and the staff is very kind, helpful. I loved the hard wooden floor, feels great.

only 2 small things, not big issues but solution would add to the already high rating: there is no cosmetic mirror well lighted for make up. In the shower the water is floating out where the glass wall ends. it’s a pity because it messes up the bathroom unnecessarily.
