Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Close to everything we needed. The rooms are quite small, but if you are on holiday you are spending your time exploring and only needs a place to sleep and for that purpose 10 out of 10!

The rooms were small, but it has more than enough space for a lovely getaway weekend with a friend because we only slept there and were rather out and about in the city. Room/Linen/towels were very clean. The bathroom was spotless and a total pleasure to use. For older people, keep in mind there are only stairs to access the floors to the rooms when you have to carry luggage. We managed with the limited parking, so that was not a problem. We were helped quickly by very friendly and curteous staff. We used the vending machines for snacks and drinks and El Burro Greenpoint Restaurant even delivered take aways to us. All in all I would give it a 5/5 for value for your money plus the added bonus of wifi and NO loadshedding!!!

There was not anything that I didn't like. We were able to read reviews beforehand about limited parking, so we were prepared for that. For the price you pay, you are getting quite a lot of value for money so no complaints here.

My first impression was that this hotel is well organized and that their staff are on board in creating a comfortable home from home for their guests. I'm a solo female traveller and I felt safe at all times. All the staff that I interacted with were courteous and professional. The lobby contains vending machines catering from beverages to snacks to personal items. I had business to attend to within Foreshore and Waterfront and the hotel was conveniently positioned. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel for the myciti bus which was a bonus.

Not a dislike, as I'm a big tea drinker I prefer an in room kettle. The hotel doesn't provide kettles but they do offer hot water which is available at reception . So I never went without my hot beverage.

Room - A bit of a tie spot, but workable. Like that I could store bags under the bed to clear some of the congestion. Location - Perfectly located in Green Point. A very short walk to the Green Point Park and continued towards the promenade. Convenience of restaurants and shops nearby. Table Mountain and VNA was nearby. Views of Lions Head and Signal Hill were spectacular.

The lack of a common area where a family could sit together and chat/have a meal, etc. As a family, we took two rooms and was difficult to meet and chat in one room (considering the room sizes).

The fact that is in seapoint closer to waterfront and MOJO market.Also situated in the main road.The view.Toliet and shower is behind a door so it's not exposed to you.I like that there is laundry where you can iron your things free.I also like that you can warm up your food and can also be kept in the hotel fridge.Though it would be better if there was a bar fridge in the room.Also the fact that there was parking.We also felt safe.

Towels are very old.The colour is between black and white.I think when doing laundry you.mix colors.The bedding was not changed .There was no space to put our luggage.Our things were scatered.It would be better if there was a wardrobe.It would also be better if there was a small barfridge in the room to keep your drinks .

Location is the best close to everything you can walk to sea point, I even walked to the city, is like every is just around and all a walk in distance, the reception is great you get a warmth welcome and even when you check out they are nice.The staff fantastic and the room was exactly as it was shown/ advertised a bit small though. Housekeeping well done even though sheets you can tell that were not changed but cleaning was excellent all in tact I can recommend and will come again next time.

First of all , I would love more if they had coffee/ tea in the room, perhaps ironing facilities as advertised please, we need that to help us relax. Thank you.

This hotel is so central, walking distance to the DHL stadium and less than 1km away fro. V&A. Many restaurants super nearby. We had no need to hire a car or use uber except when the weather was not great. Staff were friendly and allowed us to store or bags with them after check out to allow us to enjoy our day withou worrying about our luggage until our night flight home.

The wifi does refused to connect on day 2 and said we should restart router. Which we obviously could not do as we reached our room at a late hour and then intended to watch Netflix

Neat and tidy, everything you need for a 1 night stay. Receptionist was very professional and helpful. The vending machines for snacks is such a great idea Love the little reception area. Beautifully decorated!

Our bed was a little on the hard side, but we managed to get a few hours of sleep in. A suggestion or 2 from my side: hooks to hang our towels on would be great and even if it's small, a shower mat to get out on would be great and prevent a possible slip accident. We were in the first room on the bottom floor, the late night noise coming from reception area wasn't great, so to add something to kind of sound proof that would be great.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. However we did have an issue regarding putting stuff in the hotels fridge. we couldnt place milk etc. in the fridge. we were told it is not allowed. We also had extra food we wanted to give the security and we were told we not allowed it could be seen as a bribe. That was offensive as what were we goin to be bribing the security for? special mention, Daniel, David, Khatija, thank you for all your assistance and making sure we were comfortable. The location was perfect even for evening walks and to access the supermarket and eating places nearby. We couldve done with perhaps a chair in the room. But we did see the little more expensive room had those. I will definitely be coming back. Having the vending machines in the foyer was so convenient.

The staff was friendly and they gave us ice when we needed it. The place was clean and they welcomed us with love. It's located in an area where transport is accessible and not too far from places we wanted to explore. There's a fridge selling drinks and snacks.

There's no lift inside. The showers are small and I'm a plus size. There's no soap holder in showers. My room didn't have a wardrobe or a place to hang clothes. Our rooms were far from each other. There's no microwave, kettle, coffee or milk in our rooms
