great location and good price. loved that we had our own room for all the friends.

some of the cutlery and cups were not clean.

From arriving for check-in till check-out, the staff was friendly and super helpful. The place was clean and very comfortable. The beds and pillows very comfortable. It's located in a beautiful area. Really enjoyed our stay at Curiocity and will definitely our choice of accommodation when we are in Cape Town.

The only downside was having to use stairs with suitcases but that's on us for over packing 🙈.

The room was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful, all in all just what I needed for the night and it was a short uber from the waterfront

Incredible value for money and provided a comfortable and ideal place to stay for a week in Cape Town. Green point is a fantastic location to be close to the waterfront, various amenities, and good transport links. It also feels safe and welcoming. The room was well serviced, excellent views, and an ideal amount of space to relax in between activities. The kitchen had everything needed for two people, and we enjoyed being able to have some independence and be able to cook for ourselves.

As to be expected in South Africa, there is regular load shedding. It should be noted that CurioCity does not have power during load shedding apart from WiFi and a single light in the room working at lower power. There still seemed to be hot water, but it did mean that no cooking etc. could be done at these times. Worth being aware of and bringing a torch/lamp! Also to note that some rooms require 3 flights of stairs to access with no apparent lift available.

Amazing vibe, Good place to be.

Some guests seemed to think they were priority and treated others in a not so good way. This made it hard to share with them.

Basically you live in a little apartment with a bunch of other people, which is great to meet someone to discover the surroundings with. You also have a communal sitting area, bathroom and kitchen, as well as a terrace. The bar downstairs makes some nice coffees, which you can drink on the lovely terrace and there's an honesty fridge (take a drink, pay at reception). It is a bustling area with a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. The beds are very comfortable, and you have enough plugs to charge your electronics.

1) Do keep in mind that there's a bunkbed for two people standing in the communal sitting area, so there is a possibility that you'll bee sleeping there where people might want to sit down for a chat and a drink. Make sure to bring earplugs and a sleeping mask if you're a sensitive sleeper. This setup could also mean that you will disturb sleeping people whenever you would like to cook. 2) The outside door to our room didn't lock and there weren't any lockers to put your valuables away.

I loved the female dome, very clean and the ladies i was with were awesome.

Communication could be better. I saw the swimming pool in pictures but i assumed its no longer there cos i assumed it would be at front no one showed me where it is until my sister told me its there then i asked the guys around and he showed me.

Super convenient check in. Very comfortable beds. I liked that the bunk beds had charging ports right next to the beds

I found the bathroom to be a bit dirty. I did not like that there were no bath mats next to the shower and that there was a mop with which we had to dry the bathroom floor. the mop remains wet, and the floor doesn’t smell good after trying to dry it

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was fantastic and I liked that they had events as well.

We stayed in the family room which had 2 sleepers. I feel the room had enough space to accommodate a couch. Also, the laundry is a bit unreliable. Washer/drier machines would be a great investment in the family rooms. No generator so to anyone who's here I'd recommend they look at the load-shedding schedule to better plan themselves.
