Fantastic guest house in a great location which is ideal for exploring the Cape. The hosts Michael and Jeanne are terrific and are extremely helpful with great local guidance. Breakfast was a real treat - most of the food is either local or home made (bread and yoghurt). Jeanne also bakes a 'treat of he day' which is always delicious. Our room (202) was excellent - large bedroom with a terrace facing the sea. The property is in a cul-de-sac and so it is very quiet. Highly Recommended

A great place to stay in Cape Town! It is on a very good location in Green Point (a good neighborhood). The host is very kind and takes the time for you about what to do in Cape Town. The breakfast is good and also the other staff was very friendly. The rooms are really comfortable: the beds are big and the shower was good as well. Also it is really quiet, so you can really sleep well. I can really recommend this place to stay over!

Nothing I can think off.. breakfast times could be a little bit earlier (starts at 08:30) in case you have to go early, so we had to skip breakfast one day because of that, but it is a minor thing. Most important for us was to have a good room and to sleep good and to be on a good location.

Perfect guest house in an amazing location. Michael was a wonderful host, great communication before we arrived and was so friendly and kind when we arrived. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed, as well as a beautiful balcony. The breakfast lived up to the standard set by the rest of the stay, such a huge selection, including home made yoghurt. everything was delicious, especially the mushrooms. The guest house is a nice walk along the coast from the V&A Waterfront so in an ideal location for any stay in Cape Town. I can’t recommend Bayflowers guest house highly enough. We will absolutely be back!

Super clean spacious room with gorgeous terrace chairs table sunloungers. Pool and garden cute and beautiful. Interiors lovely. Breakfasts were excellent with home made jams, butter, yoghurt, fruit and eggs/bacon! Hosts were welcoming and informative, enjoyed meeting and chatting. Made us feel welcome. Great location for Waterfront and easy access to tour bus and sights.

The property is very well located you can safely walk to the sea point promenade and waterfront shops and restaurants. The guest house owners Jeanne and Michael are fantastic people they try their best to advice how to spend your time in CT and to make you feel at your home, for breakfast the food is of good quality and amazing taste (home made butter, yogurt and jam). The rooms are large and clean If one day I will come back in this wonderful town this is the place I want to go

Everything! Nice rooms, very good breakfast, friendly staff and management. We highly recommend Bayflowers Guest House for a good stay in Capetown!

Nothing at all! But for us, as a group with seniors and somebody who is slightly handicapped, we used an uber to go anywere. The streets around the guesthouse are quite steep.

They went above and beyond to make our breakfast extra special. We celebrated my parents' 50th wedding anniversary and Jeanne went through so much trouble to set us up for a celebratory breakfast in the courtyard. The breakfast (food) was also amazing. Small touches like homemade butter and yogurt makes all the difference. Much appreciated!

Jeanne and Michael are perfect hosts. Friendly and always willing to help they made this a perfect stay. The room was very clean with fridge and safe. The bed was very comfortable, the road was very quiet although close to the Main Road and I was sleeping very well. Can’t think of a better accommodation in Cape Town!
