Exceptional service from the staff, reception ladies were immensely helpful especially with the Uber transportation, Thulani was a trooper, and Sbu by the restaurant..the room was clean and neat, the view was amazing..

Unfortunately the manager Eddie thinks we still in the previous Era with his racial issues..he doesn't serve black people by the restaurant, we sat there for a good 20mins I even approached him for a service n I didn't get any from him, but he gladly served white folks who came in after us..

Great staff everywhere. Great location. Great facilities.

The restaurant should consider opening in the evening and employing more staff. Food takes unreasonably long. A generator is a needed investment with the increase in loadshedding and the aging infrastructure in Sea Point.

The location is perfect, on the strand boulevard. Well priced for an overnight stay.

There is very limited parking on site, but public parking across the road. No coffee machine in the room as advertised (only a kettle). The hairdryer socket did not match any of the power outlets in the room.

I loved the location and the rooms where great.

We went to the restaurant on the property and twice they did not acknowledge or serve my wife and I. They greeted and served others but kept ignoring us and walking past us till we left each time and never went there for breakfast. It was sad to be honest.

Breakfast and location excellent, bu room A5 was not good from point of view that it had no windows so I didn’t even know when it was light It was noisy being on top of the pool

The staff at the Jooma restaurant are not very attentive. On our last day, they got our order wrong and they always chatting loudly amongst themselves.

Great location on the promenade. Comfy bed and spacious room. Good value for money if you want a longer stay that won't break the bank. Friendly staff

The pool should have some external air flow. Service was poor in the Jooma restaurant but at least the food was good. Our room didn't have an aircon but we did have windows. Not enough parking on the premises.

Riviera Suites was in a great location right across the street from the ocean. We booked Hotel Room with Terrace and it was of good size. The terrace was large and had a seating area. The bathroom was lovely with a soaking tub separate from the shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included in the price, which was a 130R allowance each morning towards items at Jooma.

The facility is somewhat dated. It appears that the bathrooms have been upgraded recently but the carpets and furniture is a little worn or dated - but clean. We were on the ground floor and there is only tile outside the room so a lot of the noise from the lobby/other floors reverberated into the room.

The staff are very friendly and helpful; Lauren was a star always available to assist. The location is perfect especially if you're looking for a beachfront getaway. It's close to numerous restaurants and attractions. The restaurant was great, the staff were friendly and the food was good. I loved my room particularly the easy access to the heated pool.

Given the loadshedding, I would have preferred to have a light or torch of some sort supplied during my stay even though the corridors have light during loadshedding. Furthermore, there's limited cleaning service on weekends which is a slight inconvenience.

The views of the Sea and the Promenade are everything! The reception staff are friendly and went out of their way to assist me whenever I needed help. Amy is top tier!

Please upgrade to smart TVs.... otherwise, it's always a perfect stay at Riviera.
