We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with balconies and Lions Head views. The accommodation was super modern and well equipped. The location of the accommodation was super central and the staff was always nice and very helpful. The daily cleaning was outstanding. The cleaning lady cleared and washed away all the dishes. All furnishings such as stove, fridge, washing machine, coffee maker were new and modern. The living room, the kitchen, the bathroom and the bedrooms had European standards and equipment. Everything super modern and very tastefully decorated. 6 stars for this accommodation. A video of the complete accommodation will soon be available on our Youtube channel. The 2 bedroom apartment was superb - great size with great facilities to enjoy your holiday. The apartment had air conditioning in the bedrooms which we needed at night - the view of the sea was great to sit and watch from the balcony. The reception is a small area just off the side street but they are very helpful and happy to give assistance like taxi. The restaurant on the top floor was great for breakfast ( but unfortunately they don’t make omelettes for breakfast even though you can have eggs the way you like them / just not as an omelette) but the food and drink was good and to have breakfast included was great. We never used the restaurant for lunch or dinner as the area around the hotel has lots of good restaurants and we were out most days exploring or on trips. There is a pool but it’s basically a small plunge pool - not for swimming or for sun bathing around but the view from the top floor is superb. The cleaning of the rooms was great.

There was nothing major we didn’t like about this property - and would use again when in Cape Town. The inability to make an omelette was strange for a restaurant - but scrambled egg was great.

The breakfast was adequate. Somedays they ran out of certain foods and there was quite a long wait for service.

Suggest that both a hot drink and juice be available and not restricted to one. Would like the option of stay without breakfast.

Fantastic location! Seapoint is a great area to stay for proximity to shops/bars/restaurants and we were able to walk to both Clifton beach and Camps Bay (about a 40 min walk for Camps Bay but a great walk) We had the 1 bedroom apartment and were pleased to be able to see both the sea and mountain from our side balcony which we hadn’t expected from reading other reviews. Really great suite.

The cleaning was done every day and it always smelt so fresh when we returned from being out each day, however I think they might have skipped the floors. It was a minor thing but after a couple of days our feet were filthy when walking barefoot and I felt like I needed to wipe them before climbing into bed etc

Sound proofing on windows and doors could be a little better. Was woken up multiple times by loud cars and noisy crowds walking by the main road it's on. Internal to the hotel though, I had the housekeeping staff park their trolley outside my unit for more of the morning to service all rooms around me but I was taking 2 online meetings from my unit and the noise from them was very distracting to my ability to get through work effectively. Note, that this is me nitpicking and overall the stay was great. I also understand the the above might be out of the hotels control in some cases.

This was a 10/10 stay from check-in to check-out! From the uber friendly staff and beautiful apartments to the breathtaking views and decadent art - Latitude Aparthotel delivered and then some. The property is located on a bustling street in Sea Point and you have your pick of shops, restaurants (The Greek Fisherman is a must), bars and convenience stores! The overall location is also a convenient base for exploring all Cape Town has to offer. The interior design of this property is next level and the dining options on the 9th floor will keep you coming back for more! Note - during the day the street outside is busy & loud, which we loved, and later at night it all quiets down. They offer tons of secure parking on-site, have incredible co-working spaces & and content studio available and there is a small pool with stellar views on the roof top too! We’ll be back as this has now become our go-to for Cape Town!

Very little not too like here…

Loved the ninth floor facilities, particularly Hugo café & restaurant. The food & service were excellent. We had breakfast each morning, fantastic selection of delicious food with great rooftop views. We ate there one evening, it was also excellent. The work/meeting space was also very good. Staff were extremely friendly. Great location.

We were disappointed in the 2 small (plunge) pools & lack of sun loungers. The one bedroom apartment had everything you needed, but, for us, was a bit small for an 8 night stay. There was no view & it was a bit noisy from nearby building works.

Excellent breakfast - also ate lunch at the same restaurant which was also lovely and more healthy than the norm. Staff helped with bookings, location was great and felt really safe to walk around in as well as at night too. Didn't use the pool as it was a bit small and felt weird next to people eating but the public pool at sea point a short walk away was great. Room had everything we needed and more - much more handy than a hotel tbh and the washer dryer was a real bonus. Had to buy our own coffee for the nespresso but there's a spa literally opposite the hotel. There was no noise outside the room, aircon etc worked great. Tips for uk people - it's easy and safe to use uber to get everywhere, it's hard to find a uk to sa conversion plug so get one before you go (couldn't find in boots or airport), they didn't ask us for a deposit (maybe this is for SA residents only?) - also was advised not to drink the tap water by a local so only bottled. Really recommend, loved every second.

We found our one bedroom apartment to be very comfortable and it was great to have the kitchen and washing facilities, along with easy instructions of how to use the appliances. The housekeepers came in daily and did a great job, they were also really friendly and helpful whenever we saw them. We hadn’t realised breakfast was included so it was great to be told this! We were surprised by the other comments about lack of choice at breakfast - we found it more than adequate and it was a real treat to have the hot food choices too. Also very happy to find that speciality coffees were included in the free breakfast as some places charge extra for these. All the staff are friendly and helpful, the apartments are well maintained and the locations we found to be in a safe and central area. We really couldn’t have wanted for a better base in Cape Town- all the convenience of self catering but with the assistance and facilities of a hotel.
