We had a great stay at Station House. Fantastic location, very clean and modern facilities and design. Great breakfast and polite and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again and I recommend this place to others as a great base to explore Cape Town.

No issues, only thing is make sure you don't confuse Home Suite Hotels Station House with Home Suite Hotels Sea Point as we did on check in. (same hotel group, but 5 mins away from each other)

The hotel is great. It absolutely exceeded my expectations. There is a nice restaurant on the 9th floor (reservations are a must). Very nice breakfast/brunch canteen as well (open in the evening as well). There is a small drink/food shop as well. The view from the top of the hotel is gorgeous - make sure even if it is not pool season to go and take a look at Lion's head. Totally recommend. For Cape Town it is essential to have all these at hand without the need to walk out at evening. Area was okay but still Cape Town for me is not really a place for evening stroll. During the day - it is close to the beach and Beach road with a lot of people, bars, etc.

Probably the best place we stayed at in Cape Town. Centrally located, with parking, and very secure. The place is well-equipped for load shedding, as they have an alternate power generator. The bed was very comfortable, and even though it was cold outside, our room was very warm. You'll find a lot of restaurants on the parallel street serving great food.

Amazing location, safe area espcially for solo travellers. Room was perfect, roof top pool was great, the cafe downstairs is a instagram hot spot. Short walking distance to the beach for morning cold water plunges, on the same street as restaurants and nice boutiquey shops. Parking was extremely easy and accessible. If/when I come back to Cape Town I will be staying here.

Smelt like weed a lot of the time in the elevators, reception staff looking at their phones and social media when asking for help, little to no negatives to be honest.

We more than enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect. From the rooftop pool with breathtaking views of the ocean, to one of the best breakfasts we had on our entire South Africa trip. The entire staff was very friendly, the rooms clean and the beds more than comfortable. We also used the fitness room several times and found it to be well equipped. The beach promenade is a short walk away. Sunny&Irene was such a hip place to have breakfast and the food not only looked more than instagrammable - no it also tasted great ;-) We can recommend this accommodation 100%. The value for money is hard to beat and you just feel at home from the second you arrive. We will definitely be back!!!

Nice large, livable rooms with a sofa and a huge TV and Bed. Great location a few minutes walk from the main promenade/seafront walking area. Staff very friendly and place has an amazing restaurant attached and accessed via a separate elevator. Also has a fantastic roof terrace offering great views and a swimming pool.

As of August 2024 there is some building going on across the street and that could be noisy some mornings - while this is nothing that the property can control I feel it’s worth noting as we were woken up one morning by it.

Station House in Sea Point, Cape Town, stands out as a remarkably modern hotel with top-notch amenities, including pools, a gym, rooftop pool, and complimentary parking. The sense of security is palpable, further enhanced by the convenience of ordering IV treatments or massages directly to the room. A noteworthy perk is the inclusive breakfast at the nearby Sonny and Irene, adding to the overall value. The hotel's flexibility allowed us early access to our room before the regular check-in time. Effective communication via WhatsApp made interactions seamless, with prompt responses for any queries or assistance, including help with restaurant reservations. The reliable Wi-Fi was a plus.

It's worth noting that the hotel, despite being a new build, was surprisingly noisy due to poor sound insulation.

Loved this hotel!! Was such a good find, exactly as it looks in the photos, possibly better. It shares a building with 'sonny & irene' and 'the nines', both two really nice and sought after restaurants. Rooms were lovely, bed was huge and so comfy. Gym was small but useful, however if you're a keen gym goer definitely head to the 1st floor of the hotel, through the communal space and out the back there's this really cool outdoor gym setup and loads of floor space! We only discovered this on our last day but it was so cool, it's called the 'kinetic gym'. Pool was small but perfect for cooling off. Would definitely stay here again, the location was also great!!

Would have liked to have been told about the kinetic gym sooner, other than that nothing!!

Loved my stay! Staff were great. One day, the face recognition didn't work, so that was the only minor snag and quickly fixed. The pool area is quite small, but a good view. Wooden wide uncomfortable chaises... so not really a comfortable rooftop, more like a perch and enjoy the view (very windy). The breakfast provided in the restaurant downstairs is amazing! The staff so friendly, service impeccable. I ate dinner at The Nines one night ($$$ and fancy, view not as fabulous as I expected, but food delish) and at the hotel restaurant one night (delicious and 1/5 of the price of The Nines). The multi-purposes rooms on each floor were an unexpected bonus! The business suites and the yoga suites were perfect.

So happy to have found this hotel. It feels very new but yet the staff know what they are doing. The location is excellent in Sea Point so you can walk to the beach and Ubers are readily available to bring you into CBD. The rooms and bathroom are large and comfortable with a large balcony. The cafe restaurant downstairs where breakfast is served is unlike any hotel breakfast I've had in that it is run separately to the hotel but you are allocated 300 rand per room to spend daily which is more than enough to have a delicious (and large) breakfast/brunch with a brilliant offering of juices/coffees etc. There is also a salon on the ground floor where we got our hair done (great value) and a stunning rooftop restaurant/bar where we only had cocktails (fantastic) but which was constantly buzzy and the food looked great. The staff throughout are exceptionally friendly and helpful! I wouldn't hesitate in going back here.

The pool area on the roof is great with stunning views but the concrete 'sun loungers' could be made a lot more comfortable.
