Probably the best place we stayed at in Cape Town. Centrally located, with parking, and very secure. The place is well-equipped for load shedding, as they have an alternate power generator. The bed was very comfortable, and even though it was cold outside, our room was very warm. You'll find a lot of restaurants on the parallel street serving great food.

Amazing stay, highly recommended in cape town. The location is walking distance from the beach side, nice community, several bars and restaurants nearby. Big parking, beautiful lobby, friendly staff, strong WiFi, designated working place. Modern apartment with sink and sofa in the living room, good size of the room. Face id system for more security that works simultaneously. Breakfast is Al a cart in the downstairs restaurant which is the best overall experience in south Africa. The ambiance is so calm and nice, luxury. The food is exceptional. Wished to spend more time there. This was our best hotel in south Africa. Considering if you want a nice stay away from the city rush.

We expected our room to have Ocean view but it seems only the roof terrace is having it. It is the second or third line from the beach, so the view is hidden.

During our trip to South Africa we stayed at station house twice: 6 days in the beginning of a trip and another unplanned night after a car accident where we got injured. The staff was excellent and was so kind to arrange a late check out as we needed to rest before the long trip back. Breakfast in the restaurant is excellent, roof top terrace spectacular and the neighborhood a safe and good pick for anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxed time in Cape Town.

There is nothing to not like. What would be helpful would be a socket in the bathroom, and the light switches behind the door could be better placed but if these are the only things to complain about you know that it is a perfect place to stay.

The breakfast restaurant in the hotel was maybe the best breakfast I've ever had. Anywhere. GORGEOUS decor, amazing service, and the food was unreal. The Nines (also rooftop restaurant within the hotel) was absolutely gorgeous and as I was there solo, I loved being able to relax, eat and drink, and not have to worry about getting home safely afterwards. Rooftop pool amazing. Location was 2 blocks from the beach.

I was surprised and upset that when I pre-ordered a shuttle to the airport (in order to avoid taking a random taxi alone), they just ordered me a random crappy taxi. Having heard a lot of bad stories about taking taxis as a woman alone, I was concerned about my safety, and I felt really upset that they just ordered me a random taxi, and I didn't have time to change my mind by the time he showed up. Did not inspire confidence at all. They definitely need to improve this aspect, especially given what a nice hotel this is.

My wife and I have been traveling the world for 4 months and home suites station house was by far the best accommodation we’ve stayed. If you’re a little hesitant because it’s brand new, don’t be. Everything about this hotel is modern, state of the art and high quality. The staff is the friendliest you will meet and they helped us with many excisions, information, and other needs we had during our stay. Best staff we’ve encountered in our travel. Make sure you include the breakfast, it will be a highlight of your stay. The restaurant is owned by a famous restauranteur in Cape Town who clearly knows what they’re doing. They have an extensive menu for you to select from, it’s not buffet food, and it is top quality. The rooms are a good size with a nice balcony and plenty of room in the bathroom, including a nice shower. Hot water worked everyday. The wifi was the strongest we’ve had in travel. Airport pick up was easy and we arrived late at night. We liked the hotel so much we extended our stay which they were able to accommodate. This hotel would be great for all travelers, solo, couples, families. It’s in a great location in Sea Point. This was our first trip to Cape Town and we’re happy we chose Sea Point, it’s safe with plenty going on and a 10 min ride to downtown. We personally would stay in Sea Point over CBD and will definitely be returning to station house!

We had a very pleasant stay in Home Suite Hotels Station House. The rooms are very nice and modern, the amenities like gym and rooftop pool are perfect with an incredible view. The hotel felt very safe which is a great benefit in South Africa. The neighbourhood is relatively safe and has amazing restaurants and cafés. The breakfast and dinner in Sonny & Irene are the best we have ever had in a hotel which is a big statement as we’ve travelled some of the leading hotels of the world. Absolutely outstanding. Sonny & Irene staff are consistently amazing.

The reception staff can be reserved from time to time. Example, nobody asked how we felt about our stay when checking out. There is rarely a ‘hello’ when walking by. Acceptable for a four star hotel but not more. Our towels were unclean on one occasion and immediately replaced within minutes. The downsides described here are very minor. On balance 9/10 overall, whereby Sonny & Irene deserve 10/10 (you guys are great, keep up your amazing work!).

Amazing breakfasts at the lobby restaurant, Sonny & Irene. Free to order anything to the value of 300 rand so great options and food is freshly cooked and delicious with delightful staff. Rooftop pool area is stunning with 360 degree views of Cape Town from the 10th floor level. Room is good size with all you need. Super comfy huge bed. Convenient under ground parking. Safe location moments walk from sea front and great selection of local bars and restaurants

New and stylish hotel in a safe area. The staff were very helpful and amiable. The room was spacious and well-equipped. I didn't manage to book a room with 2 separate beds but the hotel prepare an additional bed for me before our arrival! The room was neatly cleaned every day but sometimes the cleaning lady forgot to leave coffee capsules or towels (not a big deal though). Also, there is a laundry service, which made our long stay in summer even more comfortable. The staff, food, and interior of the restaurant for breakfast, the cafe, and the restaurant on the roof were perfect. I would definitely come again!

I travelled for work, enjoyed the spacious room and the coffee machine was great thanks. My challenge was when I arrived one evening late, my keys did not work and it took the front desk staff to help for over 30 minutes and when I got into my room there was no water? No one told me there will be maintenance for 3/4 hours before I could have water and there was no bottled water available? They were out of stock? I love to stay at the Home Suite Station House and was not my first time, but it would be great if you can get some water at least for drinking if you have no water in your room?

Everything about our stay here was brilliant and I couldn’t recommend it more! The staff were all so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you from the moment we arrived. The rooms aren’t huge but big enough, very modern and clean, good lighting and lots of plug sockets! The breakfast included at Sonny & Irene next door blew my mind - I’ve never had such a variety of a la carte breakfast options, particularly of such high quality. The smoothies in particular were delicious. Location of the hotel is great - £3-4 in an Uber to either Camps Bay, V&A or downtown is ideal. Lots of options in Sea Point too. Felt very safe and secure, and added bonus of underground free parking.

Loved it all. Only suggestion would be some speakers on the rooftop to create a better ambience and some more parasols for shade. A bar would be great, but you do have The Nines on 9th floor which is beautiful, though a reservation is likely needed from Thurs-Sun.
