Beautiful room, clean everywhere throughout the hotel. Great amenities. Staff were super friendly. The most comfortable bed ever!!

I have slept for 28 nights in the Home Suite Hotel Sea point. As the name from this hotel already described I felt everyday like home. The hotel room is very clean, they never forget something, but the whole hotel is very clean. Always fresh flowers on the tables. The breakfast was everyday amazing, with nice coffee and fresh fruit, eggs, yoghurt, healthy juices etc etc. everything what you need to start a new day was there. In the evening you have a nice menu with good burgers and salads. The staff was always very helpful and always smiling. The staff give every day 100 % effort in the service, they do everything what you need to make your day great. The hotel has an amazing view with a nice pool, with everyday fresh towels and sunscreen. The hotel has an own private parking space. And the location of the hotel is in a great place to explore cape town. I come definitely back to this hotel, but not only I come back for the hotel but also for the staff, because that is now my new family in Cape Town. Kind regards, Isabella , Klaas, Linda.

Beautifully furnished modern room and bathroom. Lovely views. Spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need. Fantastic staff all round. Wonderful restaurant with excellent breakfast. Lovely ambience overall and would definitely stay there again but in a larger suite. More hotels should be like this one.

The room was a bit too small. The air conditioner is literally blowing on your face all night it is directly opposite the bed and made us sick. The room is too hot not to use the air conditioning. It is unfortunately not well planned the aircon should be elsewhere but there is no space to put it and the room larger so it doesn’t affect your sleep. It can never be healthy to have an aircon blowing right into your face. Other than the size of the standard room and the poor position of the aircon, the hotel is excellent.

Everything from the welcome assistance with my luggage from my Uber ride, to being allowed to check in even before 11 when I only requested the hotel to keep my luggage for me. Got to take a box from the breakfast buffet for my cape point tour the next morning, as i didnt have enough time to sit down for breakfast. Fantastic well kept, cosy hotel that exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be back. Well done to the staff n management at Home Suite Hotels. You guys have raised the bar. Will miss Charlie and Katherine. They made me fall in love with dogs.

Absolutely nothing

We had the most wonderful stay. The staff are all so incredibly friendly, polite and courteous. The breakfast and dinner are of the highest quality. There is an incredibly large selection at breakfast and everything is lovingly prepared. There is simply nothing left to be desired. The room was clean and beautifully furnished. The beds are comfortable and you can sleep wonderfully peacefully. The location is good, we never had a bad feeling. To sum up: The slogan is lived - it's like being at home. When I saw 9.5 rating I haven’t believed, but as I arrived there I understood why…for me they are 10.0 rating! Definitely the staff is the best, they always want to help and give you the perfect staying. They can arrange everything for you. The hotel is very new and modern. The location is perfect, in the middle of the Cape Town. The bed and pillows are amazing. The bottles of water and some snacks are free, the hair dryer is powerful. Please enjoy the sunset in the 4 or 5th floor!

This accommodation was probably the best we've had in the city. The room was spacious and newly furnished. I must also appreciate the quality of the pillows; in case they weren't suitable, a pillow menu was available. Great location. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, just as the reviews stated. There was a wide selection of food - both savory and sweet, with high-quality ingredients. Special thanks to the staff, always helpful and cheerful, especially during breakfast.

Cons of this accommodation: poor WiFi, our room was directly above the kitchen, so we heard kitchen noises in the morning and evening.

Wish we could give this place 6 stars!!! Home Suite Hotels in Sea Point was our introduction to South Africa and we couldn't have been more thrilled with our stay. The staff were phenomenal. In fact, they were more than phenomenal. The staff alone anywhere else would make a rundown hostel feel like a 5-star resort. From the moment we checked in they honestly made us feel like we were at home. Each morning when we went for breakfast they would put huge smiles on our faces, and we'd stay for way longer than intended because they were just so positive to be around. Thank you!!! Now for the accommodation. It's extremely bright and spacious, with high end amenities in the rooms, luxurious touches throughout and as comfortable as can be. It made it hard to leave each day, because we could easily have just relaxed here. The included breakfast was one of the best we've ever had at a hotel, and the free barista-made coffee was such a nice surprise. Sive, you were a lifesaver with your great cappuccinos and Chef Pinky made the best eggs ever. The common areas (dining area and rooftop patio/work zone) were excellent. Location was perfect for us being just a 5-minute drive from the CBD yet in a quiet neighbourhood with ocean views. Secure parking too. And the dogs, Katherine and Charlie, did a great job of making everybody extra happy. We would 100% stay here again and again, and would recommend this hotel to anybody.

If we had to be very, very picky, the only thing we'd say is it'd be nice if the room key also opened the front gate. Not a problem though because there were always staff on hand to open the gate when you rang the bell.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and comfortable, a cot and a roll out bed were provided for our little kids. The welcome basket was a nice touch with delicious snacks. Great selection of items for breakfast, freshly cooked eggs and fantastic service. Perfect sunset view from the roof terrace. Area felt safe and close driving distance to everything in Cape Town.

The kitchen only had 2 sets of items and was lacking a few basic utensils (sharp knife, bottle opener, peeler, scissors etc). The gate to the parking area didn’t work well but staff was helpful to open it for us. Pool is on the small side.
