Great location, everything was clean and neat, beautiful decor, quality linen (great pillows too!) and lovely bathroom. Everything I needed was there - they’ve thought of everything! I appreciated the extra personal touches, including a burning scented candle upon arrival, a personalised note and fresh water. All beautifully and elegantly presented. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much of a hassle for them. The attention to detail was noted.

Not much to critique here. If I HAD to get to the nitty-gritty, it would be to have a plug point close to a mirror for blow drying hair

Very clean , quiet and cozy. The receptionists Noma & Mercy are so amazing. Noma had the room surprisingly decorated because it was my wife’s birthday. The team is always willing to help. Such an amazing home away from home. Been to over 20 countries & never seen any hospitality like this. Jason the manager of this property is an astonishing person too. I will gladly repeat my visit over & over again . It’s also overlooking the water with amazing restaurants close by. My wife kept frequenting these restaurants. Amazing time with my wife

We just finished a great trip to Capetown where the O Two hotel was our base. Waterfront and also walking distance to the waterfront shopping area. Truly great staff, friendly, helpful, smiling all day and providing assistance if and where required. The room was modern, stylish, very clean and meeting all requirements. The nearby restaurants are all excellent.

There is a little bit of noise of construction in the area but it dit not hamper our experience any way.

Great staff who are very friendly and helpful, we were able to check in early and check out late which was great. The location is excellent and near three good places to eat right on the sea front. The roof top pool area is lovely and very relaxing (although work is currently underway to build a new hotel right next door and is a little noisy during the day at times). The rooms are very well equipped and very quiet at night with excellent aircon. Nice gym and small spa. Very easy to pick up an Uber from the hotel and a nice safe area to walk around.

The hotel only provided one small bottle of water per person each day, far more should be provided or a water fountain should be made available to guests (there appears to only be one in the gym). The beds were too firm for our taste.

Room was well stocked with everythign we needed. Staff were so kind and helpful. they even allowed us a late checkout until 5pm at no additional cost! the pool area has stunning views and the price was very reasonable for what youre getting. Staff couldnt do enough to help. very happy to stay and highl;y recommend this hotel

There is building work next door that is quite noisy. the rooms are very well sound insulated and we were out most of every day so it didn't really effect us. It's not something i would mark the hotel down for because it's out of their control. but somethign to be aware of if youre looking to spend all day by the pool. We spent sunday by the pool and it was lovely (no building work on sunday)

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were very friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Housekeeping was top-notch, keeping my room spotless throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient experience.

However, the rooms are quite small, which may be a consideration for those looking for more space. Overall, a good choice for a convenient and clean stay.

A perfect Stay with Stunning Views and location We stayed at O Two for a night, and it was truly remarkable. The hotel is perfectly situated right on the waterfront in Mouille Point, making it an ideal spot for a walk with numerous restaurants and cafes nearby. The hotel is new, boasting a clean and elegant design. Our room was impeccably neat, well-designed, and featured excellent service and amenities. The view from our room of Table Mountain and the sea was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing full-body massage I enjoyed at the spa. The heated rooftop pool also offered a breathtaking view. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Cape Town!

However, there was construction nearby that started at 8 a.m., which was a bit disruptive (may 2024).

The Staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful and the best of the property Had fantastic massages in the spa and the rooftop bar and pool area is spectacular (if lucky enough to not be windy).

The room overlooks a parking area where a huge group of runners (easily around a 100) meet up from 5:30 on a Saturday morning, making it extremely noisy and impossible to sleep through. The carpet in front of the bed was full of red wine stains and was wet, thinking that housekeeping probably tried to clean the stain before we checked in but left us with a soapy and wet carpet in front of the bed. The shower leaks all over the bathroom floor with extremely slippery tiles, almost slipped a few times - not nearly enough towels or bath mats to counter this.

Very clean and comfortable and in a great location. The bed was super comfy and it was good to have a small kitchenette area for a longer stay.

Noise transfers very easily if people are on their balcony talking. Needs double glazing on windows. Superior king suite has two main bathroom configurations which was very weird and took away from the feel of the living room area as it was open plan. Wouldn’t stay in that room again. Only one lift which was annoying.

The views from the Rooftop pool were just stunning. You had table mountain and golf course on one side and the sea on the other. Unfortunately the pool wasn't heated but it was still lovely. We had a honeymoon suite on the 7th floor and it was huge. The room was clean and tidy and the staff were so friendly and nice.

Please note that if you order room service or food at the Rooftop pool, it's all cooked at Lily's restaurant next door. We ordered a pizza for room service and by the time it got to our room it was cold as the plate was uncovered and would have been walked outside between the restaurant and the hotel. On another occasion we ordered some chips from the restaurant and when we had eaten we realised there was a large insect at the bottom of the bowl. The staff were lovely about it and we didn't pay but it was not nice.
