The staff were very friendly. They offered flexible check in & out hours. The facility was very clean and privacy was kept at a maximum. Whenever you need any assistance the guys were ready to assist.

There is no gate remote upon check in so it was a daunting experience having to leave or enter the facility. You have to call someone for assistance in opening the gate upon entry & departure.

I hate the stairs the is no bar not even a breakfast at least a place to buy snack I came very late and I slept hungry it would be nice to get inside place to get something to eat gate has no remote as a guest I depend on the security to recognise me post signing in strange thing the security fee was must first time I had to pay, I am still shocked I have not received it back dispute being promised I will get it deposited to me

The cleanliness of the place, comfort of the bed, everything was accordingly. &, the place looks like exactly on the pictures.

Other guests were making noise after 10 pm, but there's a clear sign that says, No noise allowed from 10 am to 7am. & I suggest they let people know about the deposit payment before making the reservation, you only get to know about the deposit after confirmation..

Stunning building! Room is cozy, lovely scenery outside, staff are very helpful.

There are signs in the building that state the “quiet times” which is from 23:00 -7:00 if I’m not mistaken. I was woken up at 3am, 4am etc. because of people banging their suitcases down the stairs. I guess it’s expected when people are inconsiderate. unfortunately my room was located right by the staircase. I would recommend a room with a balcony to avoid being by the staircase. Regardless, it’s a lovely environment to be in.

Very relaxing and quite

The place is very nice and the views are breathe taking. The garden and the balcony are really very beautiful. Plus there is a river. The only bad thing is that, if you check in during the weekend, you will be served by a security guard, who can hardly express himself in English and before you enter the room, he can be very disturbing with questions and taking photos of your documents as apparently this is the instructions from the owners. In our case he followed us into our room until he was taking pictures of our documents then he left.

It has enough space for entertainment such as gym,swimming pool,and the owner also offering space for BBQ,the environment is very quiet during night which I can have a sweet sleep

Room was big and very clean. Great views froma shared terrace. Very friendly staff. Malls, business snd leisure services are within very close proximity.

No dining services offered and someties taxis have trouble getting to you because the entry into the gated community from the main road is closed off

Upstairs suite was far from pool area, but very private

We did check in awfully late at 8pm, and the security guard who managed that was less than ideal. But it was a self catering apartment vibe, and the day staff were excellent and helpful.

the fact that it's a self catering facility but unlike self catering facilities we ever been to, the don't provide seasonings,cooking oil and basic condiments for cooking

it’s beautiful and situated next to a mini river it’s gorgeous

there’s no lift you have to take the stairs,there’s no gate monitor given to all guests you have to wait outside the gate in order for them to open which they take long!
