Room was very comfortable and clean. Pool was lovely in the sun and place was very secure. Staff and host very friendly and communicative.

Inaccessible with car or Uber, however this is how most communities around Sandton are designed.

The garden especially, it was very hot, so sitting outside was just awesome. I also had a few friends come to visit and had our discussions and meeting in the garden. Very convenient for Uber/Bolt and I saw a Gautrain bus pass very close to the estate. There's also a small shopping centre right across the estate, with Nando's, Checkers, Clicks, a few other stores. There's no cooking facilities, only microwave and shared fridge.

The breakfast needs to have a bit of variety. Suggested to the owner...not just the same fruit salad, same white bread...continental breakfast can have variety.

I was pleasantly surprised. First of all, the place was too exceptional for the price I paid. My room was more spacious than anticipated, the facilities are clean beyond, and the staff/caretaker (Mme Vena) is such a beautiful soul. Claire was the warm and kind voice behind the phone, and I already felt at home, way before I took the trip. Mme Vena went to extreme lengths to make me feel warm and welcomed, so much so that she was even kind enough to capture a video of my fabulous self for my content creation purposes haha. I had the Queen-size bed with the shared bathroom. I was a little skeptical booking that as I hate other people's gems, but it was so clean that I even touched surfaces I normally would not. In simple terms... I feel like I paid a guesthouse price for a 4-star hotel experience.

What do you mean what didn't I like???? I mean what's there to dislike?????

I am writing on behalf of my husband for whom I booked the business trip. He loved the quietness, the hospitality, the comfort and the ambience of the place and has said that he would happily return. It was fantastic that there is a self-catering option that also offered a braai facility.

He did not like the breakfast and mentioned that it does not match the quality of the place. That being said, the daily rate is really reasonable. It would perhaps be worthwhile to increase the rate slightly and offer a better-quality breakfast.

It’s a very peaceful place,we loved the pool . The type of roofing makes the bedroom even cooler in temperature It was very safe the free wifi and Netflix access was a bonus. We loved it there

We did not like the “breakfast” at all. When we say breakfast we expect eggs and beacon at least. Apples and blue berries did not look fresh and there was three slice of white bread per person,No option of at least choosing brown or white. There was no value for money when we look at the saying” breakfast included” Word of advice :Rather remove the “breakfast included” until you have a proper kitchen and breakfast option

The tranquility is what gets me everytime. The staff is friendly and helpful. Claire is such an accommodating host. Thank you for checking in and making sure that everything is up to standard and satisfactory. What you see in the pics is what you get. I've stayed at Tuscan Rose twice and will not hesitate to book again.

Leaving...the stay was short

The breakfast was good. It would have been nice to have a different cereal perhaps on the second day instead of the same cornflakes on all three days. Perhaps a change of muffin such as bran muffin with cheese instead of vanilla muffin and toast. But on the whole, it was fine and well presented. The bed was really comfortable, and the linen was lovely and fresh. The shower was fabulous.

There was only enough milk at the coffee station for 3 cups of coffee. So, if you are two people and you wanted to have tea or coffee later in the evening. there wouldn't be enough for two cups the next morning. The Radox shower gel was watered down. The plug in the basin needs adjustment as it drains extremely slowly.

Vana was super attentive, taking me on a quick tour on check-in. Everything was easy to find and readily available ... coffee tea and milk all available on arrival with a breakfast starting from 7am. The room catches great wifi with a tv pre-connected to Netflix and YouTube.

There was a lamp plugged in but i struggled to find the switch

Clean facilities. Super friendly staff. Good breakfast. They went above and beyond for me by checking me in earlier than normal check in time and also allowing me to check out later from the property. This really helped in accomodating my flight times. Thank you!! I will certainly come back again

Stayed here for work. Lovely place to work from very quiet and peaceful. Comfortable rooms with tv, netflix, strong wifi. Very filling continental breakfast served on tray that i could eat on the pool patio. Located on safe and secure area, very close to centre of Sandton. Staff are extremely helpful and efficient. Generator during losdshedding peaks times.
