The studio I was staying in was very cozy. I felt so good there that it was hard for me to leave. The place is safe, with security and 24h reception desk. It is clean and well maintained. It's a good place for solo travellers.and I will definitely stay there when I come to Joburg next time.

Guests can be noisy. but when that happened, I reported it at the reception desk and they did actually handle the issue. Other than that, nothing.

We were pleased with the spacious rooms, a full Kitchen, tile throughout the living areas, and the great price point. The green space behind the hotel was also very nice. We did not swim because the temperature was a bit cool, but the pool was nice also.

The carpets in the bedrooms are worn old and not cleaned or well vacuumed. Also the electricity went out at 7:00 am and never came back. This caused a little inconvenience in using kitchen appliances and internet connection. The neighbors in adjoining rooms were quite loud for the hours just after sundown. Not super late into the night but very loud.

The cleaning staff is really loud when they are cleaning. Sunday morning was woken up by them shouting as they cleaned other rooms. Also I noticed they don't clean under the toilet seat just the top. One lady at reception wasn't very nice but other staff make up for it. Also no stove or oven in the room so it makes it difficult for self catering

The staff were amazing, I arrived very early and they let me through to the waiting lounge to have nap on the sofa whilst getting someone to clean the first available room after the 10am checkouts had left. Very friendly and very helpful 10/10 👏🏼

I didn’t like the fact I accidentally booked it for a week instead of one night. Entirely my fault, booking.com couldn’t have been any less helpful in trying to assist with this. 0/10 for booking.com

Everything about that place was top tier welcoming ambiance,security guards we're so welcoming together with the receptionist What you see is what you get about that place I will definitely visit again

My stay was cut short as i had emergency at home other than that there's nothing i didn't like about that place

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The vanue was perfect for me close to my training center Place is clean I liked that.

People dragging furniture late after ten while trying to sleep. The rooms are very cold maybe a small heater will make it comfortable. At least have 2 tee bags and some sugar in the kitchen per day. People talking loud on the corridor after 22h00

Fast internet, the bed was comfortable and the environmental sounding was quiet.

The electricity problem made my stay a little bit uncomfortable and it was very hot and we just came back from dinner and our phones were not working so we had nothing to do besides sleep.

These units are very nice and comfortable to stay for long, I think they should also consider renting out some few units. It can be a very good place to stay

There was a whole party noise from other room, it was really annoying. Another thing is my fiancé has OCD and my bedsheets had a few stains as well, but just managed our stay. Also the shower soap holder is falling apart needs fixing

Hi Me and My Family liked how your place was so spotless, and not to mention your Bed's they were so clean and Comfortable and and during our stay we never spotted an insect's dat shows how much you take care of your place so keep it up.

The Swimming pool wasn't clean when we check in and Der were few chairs to sit on.
