I received a wonderful welcome at reception.They were always so welcoming. They are wonderful people

Comfortable clean room. Good location in city center nearby restaurants and shops. Good breakfast included. Close parking. Friendly staff.

We had to cancel a 2 night stay due to travel being affected by corona which we paid R10000 for, the hotel could accommodate us 2 weeks later but only for 1 night and therefore we ended up paying R10000 for 1 night stay which was excessive.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise for us. Much more than what we expected. Powerful shower, comfortable beds, they helped us dry our clothes at no extra charge. There is secure parking. The food at dinner was good

The balcony was next to Sameda's fan. There was a strong smell and noise. At breakfast, there was no variety if the services were sufficient for vegetarians.

The cleaness and the location Beauty of the design and I loved the restaurant They had a nice play area for kids

The play area at the hotel closed @5 which was too early Also the lady at the reception was too rude to my 5 years old when he tried to talk to her about the play area that he wanted her to keep it open she was so rude to him !!!

The hotel room was clean and they did a very nice breakfast in the morning. The hotel is centrally located in town, very close to all shops.

There were no swimming pool facilities or access to the beach. I thought this hotel was on the beachfront, I was very disappointed to find out it was not.

The room was big, bright and airy, the bathroom was very clean and well equipped. The restaurant was very good with delicious food, and the service from everyone who worked there was exceptional. It is a fantastic hotel in a fabulous location, and I would give it 11 out of 10 if I could.

My wife and I really enjoyed our time at the Bayview Hotel, the location is perfect within walking distance of everywhere in the town. Our room was large bright and spacious with good Internet access. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was more than acceptable for us as vegetarians

Perfect location and nice hotel with attentive staff. The hotel is right on Main Street within walking distance to restaurants, shops and even the beach. Breakfast was served at the Restaurant Adi’s and food quality was good.

The doors and windows were difficult to open/close due to quality. Breakfast was a bit chaotic.

Hotel staff and receptionists were friendly and accommodating. The receptionist offered to keep my parking and even advised on places to visit. We were given full attention when asking questions and requiring service.

There was not much to dislike except that the restaurant staff were not always efficient and available with the service.
