Spacious, clean and comfortable very relaxing and fantastic views. Staff were wonderful

Windows of our bedroom and bathroom overlooked the car park - had to have the blinds down all the time otherwise getting dressed, sitting on the toilet or showering was not possible. Holding an event and not informing guests they couldn’t use the restaurant wasn’t good, if we had known we may have gone elsewhere- you need to handle that better

- The view is stunning. It is all about the view! - Lots of parking space available. - Safe. - The heating floor in the bathroom is amazing and now I want one at home - Fairly equipped gym.

- Staff are cold and not at all helpful. It was stormy rain during our stay, never once that they offer to walk us to the car or to the gym with umbrella or even care to help with luggage both arrival and departure. - Service at the breakfast was not good. We recieved wrong order even after repeat it twice. We have breakfast included but the staff kept telling us to eat from the cold buffet first and if we were not full then we can order the hot dish. - Gym is quite equipped with complimentary water but no fresh towel. - Light at the room acting crazy after the load shredding. - They don't run generator at night so you would still notice the load shredding.

The stuff was very welcoming and professional, the lady at the reception with braids,dark skinned and with a bit of lisp took good care of us from the minute we stepped into the premises, I remember we wanted to go check somewhere else because we felt it was too expensive , she convinced us to stay and convinced us that it was good value for money and we ended up booking and boy we don’t regret booking at sky villa, everything was perfect. The views are amazing, the restaurant is so classy and beautiful with beautiful views OMG The food was amazing from breakfast to dinner Everything was perfect , we loved it and we will definitely come back😘

The TV downstairs in the lounge was only playing 1 channel but the one in the room was fine. The front part of the hotel when you’re arriving was not as beautiful as the side with the pool , the grass was too long and all over the place so it almost gave us a wrong impression of the hotel, we asked for the loo and thats when we got to see the beauty of the hotel. We saw the guy cutting the grass on the side with the swimming pool maybe next time they should start cutting in the front

Excellent hospitality from the staff right from check-in to check-out as they went above and beyond in providing us with a luxurious stay. The on-site restaurant has breathtaking views of the coast and their breakfast was the best during our week-long garden route road trip. Will recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a 5-star stay near Plettenberg Bay with lots of attractions within 15-min driving distance from the hotel.

The spa room was basic and the services offered were limited for a 5-star property. But, the massage therapist, Michelle, was excellent and would recommend getting a full body massage to enhance your stay.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Beautiful swimming pool and skybar heated pool. Loved our massage. The breakfast was delicious and dinner was special. Exceptional views.

We struggled our 1st night. The room was at the top of the stairs, at the reception. There were noises all night, we could hear various alarms, the staff talking and a lot of moving around. We requested a move to another room in the morning which they did. It was a lot smaller but comfortable.

Absolutely beautiful location and the staff were very friendly. They made a special deal about our anniversary.

A few things lacked attention to detail that for the price was disappointing. Filthy behind the bath dust, bugs ans even a very old kids toy. Hasn’t been cleaned in ages. Cockroach in the bathroom They were sanding when we arrived and our bedroom was right above. I don’t think the hotel was full, why put us there? Handle on the fireplace got stuck And, even though the staff were so friendly, service generally was slow and lacked detail. Food a disappointment for such a high rated hotel. Expected more than ‘pub-like’ food.

Beautiful venue in stunning location. Not in Main part of Plett yet just a few min away. Breakfast was superb with amazing views. The attention to detail everywhere Buildings, Sky Bar, Pools, Gardens, Decor, Music and Art is notable. Staff included. Sunsets and Sunrises. The chocolate bites in the rooms at night are to mucking fuch. Loved it all

Heat one pool during Winter months. Otherwise Nothing. It was great.

The hotel in itself is beautiful. I loved the art, the attention to detail in all the decor and the gardens are beautiful. The staff were professional, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The location and views are phenomenal. Breakfast was delicious and the food in general was very good. We have already booked to go back at the same time next year. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only negative comment is the exceptionally slow food service from the kitchen. Order your food an hour before you think you’re going to get hungry! That being said, everything else is so amazing it has not put us off going back.

The staff were professional, friendly and helpful at all times. The views from the rooms, restaurant and patios around the pool was spectacular. The gardens are beautiful and well laid out. Fresh flowers everywhere in the hotel was welcoming and pretty. The breakfast menu is extensive and something for everyone. The restaurant was also very accommodating to add or leave out ingredients not suitable to a particular palate.

Attention to a few details could be improved. No cups, saucers and teaspoon replacement after the room ws serviced. We had to request these. They were brought to the room immediately. At breakfast on the second morning we did not have a full table of cutlery at our breakfast table and had to request these. Our table was also the only table that was missing flowers in the arrangement. When brought to the attention of the staff, they immediately corrected all.
