The location was amazing, best location you can ever get and it’s so convenient to literally everywhere -gwangjang market, bukchon hanok, myeongdong, namdaemun, dongdaemun, seoul station, airport busstop right outside the hotel to incheon airport
Somehow didn’t had room service for my 4 nights of stay despite notifying the hotel staff, I also found a suspicious mark outside my room near the doorbell

Overall cleanness of the hotel, friendly staff, location (right next to the Exit 1 of Chungmuro station), even we got to walk to Myengdong shopping area. We had kettle and fridge in the room
Shower was weak and water temperature was not warm enough, we felt a bit cold after showering. I wish there was a shower curtain, due to lack of one, floor got wet and slippery after the shower which might cause serious injury

The only thing that the bus to the airport is in front the hotel. KFC IS near. One of the stuff was cute.
