Perfect location, near the university, there are a lot of cafes and shops (especially Pho bo cafe). The royal palace is just around the corner. The hotel is clean, the administration personnel is English speaking, communicative and ready to help. Cherry tree just under the window, outside 😍

Lack of shelves, and some equipment in the bathroom. No possibility to plug in and take a bath. The room doesn't look like luxury one, quiet simple and seems to be over-priced. But it is rather large in comparison to standard rooms. Be ready it authentic, in Korean style, like hanok.

Great location, right next to a University so there are a lot of food stalls, convenience stores and the palace gardens nearby. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It’s quite quiet, you can hear sounds of others talking at night but it’s okay in general and the location itself is really private and quiet. The room is on the smaller side but still very comfy- I love that they have a small table and mats and that the bed is elevated. A very cozy design and the bathroom is kept very clean too.

It was really clean and the staffs were friendly.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful university neighbourhood, a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, also close to hyehwa metro station.

The traffic was bad, so we arrived at 23:00 to the hotel and we met a worker as we were walking inside, he said that if we would not meet him no one could check us in, so I suggest everyone be careful with this! There's a sliding door in the bathroom, so sometimes it's hard to do all the things privately. Also it would be great if the hotel could provide slippers to the guests.

The stuff is really friendly. The accomodation is just on the doorstep of the SKKU, lovely restaruants and bars are 5-10 min away from the hotel. The closest subsway station is 15 min away, which is also quite good.

My room was located near the elevator, so I kept hearing the gears whenever anyone used it. It wasn't such a big trouble as most of the guests are in the room by midnight. The drain in the bathroom is not so efficient, there was a big puddle everytime after I took a shower. Even the next day the bathroom floor was wet. Considering that no slippers are provided this was super uncomfy.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the performance of this hotel. It's not a hotel, it's a dormitory. At three in the morning, I went outside for a smoke and realized I had forgotten my key card in the room. The hotel doors automatically locked, and I couldn't get back in. There were no hotel staff around. I called all possible numbers, but no one answered. In the end, I had to spend the night on the street. Only at 9 a.m., a staff member came and opened the door for me. I had an important meeting at 10 a.m., so I went there sleep-deprived and tired. *** In the morning, I managed to enter the lobby of this horrible hotel. Even the toilets in the lobby were closed. It was the worst experience I've ever had.
