The location was good and the size of the room was also completely sufficient. The staff was very kind and their service was excellent.

The wifi didn't work sometimes even when there were multiple to choose from. It can also be quite loud because you can hear other guests in the hallway or in the other rooms. I didn't have that much of a problem because I had my ear plugs but it can be annoying for others.

Hosts! Cheerful, positive, approachable. The location is superb, walking distance to everything (metro, myeongdong, lotte shopping mall). There's a lift, so no struggle going up and down. There's an AC and a heater in the room, mini fridge and a TV. Hot water in the shower, water dispenser in the common area, simple breakfast in the morning and a bed- everything that a budget traveler needs. If you're exploring the city and only sleep in the room - I recommend the place. Lovely hosts, keep up the good work 👏

Wish it was possible to ventilate the rooms by opening windows, but they are fixed. Also wish the pillow cases were of a different material.

Location was the main reason why I chose this place. The room was just enough for a solo traveler, but maybe not with a medium to large sized luggage. Bathroom was great, hot water was really hot which I appreciated.

The only thing I can complain about was the free breakfast was gone before 10 am. I left the room at around 9:40-9:45 AM and the food was gone. Maybe the refrigerator in the room can be left on even when away for the day, but I understand if that cannot be done. I just personally prefer cold drinks even on a cold day.

Its very near from bus and train stations. just few minutes walk to Myeongdong market and Namdaemun market is just behind the place.

Strategic location. Rather than staying in Myeongdong which always crowded with people, this location is much better. Just one station away from Myeongdong. Also, it is very near to subway & bus (including airport bus) station. The room itself is very comfortable. They also provided adapter for Korea plugpoint which was very handy because ours didn’t fit. Overall, I love this place and would stay here again in future

have no kitchen and out side food was not allowed to eat at the guesthouse. It is quite problematic for Muslim travelers when we have to go out far to eat and the food cannot be brought back to the room. every time had to go out to eat even when the weather didn't allow it

This place is very clean and it’s in a central area that is walking distance to so much cool stuff, and if you want to take the train, it’s literally right outside of the building! Free coffee in the morning with toast and cereal! Thank you :) I will stay here again

My fridge in room 1008 didn’t work lol but it’s okay! I’m sure it’s an easy replacement.

This is not the fault of the place, but some of the guests don't know how to follow the rules (although the rules are explained when you come and you can read them at any time), especially at night when staff is not around.

Loved the location, the elevator, the staff who were amazing. Also the AC worked well and it was peaceful at night.

I didn't mind how small the room was or even how the bathroom was set up (there's a hand shower hooked up to the faucet) but the bedroom area was constantly damp. I had paperwork in my suitcase that got slightly damp. Also the pillow was pretty flat and you only get one.

I like most is it's accessibility to the subway station, namdaemun market restaurants, seoullo, Seoul station, city hall, shinsegae mall and namsan park 😍 I like how it is compact but always welcoming to any type of travellers.Its enough for the first time solo traveller. There is water and breakfast inclusions. I love ajhumma who is always smiling to offer breakfast, assist you in using the washing machine, giving new towels and open the door for you.

Unfortunately I came in winter time, there is no heater.
