Beautiful hotel, better than pictures. Such lovely people work there, has a cute little courtyard where you can chill or have breakfast. Plunge pool type think with chairs to read in. Old house that has been really nicely renovated. Our room was massive, lovely bedding and massive bed. Incredible value, would definitely stay again. Right in the middle of Arta so easy walk to restaurants and also 2 min walk from big car park. Had shower gel, hair dryer, lovely towels, tv, sitting area, desk etc. Just a lovely experience.

A fridge in our room would have been useful but there was a central kitchen/honesty bar where you could get essentials so not really a issue.

Relaxing & warm ambience. Healthy, wholesome breakfast. Great location in the old town of Arta - very central to some lovely restaurants & attractions. Yoga room open 24/7 for free use.

Only a 9 because the communication to book a massage or other treatment was a bit confusing. There is no timetable or slots available, the process was more ad hoc & required a lot of back and forth between us, the hotel & the massage therapist to get a time booked in. The treatment was lovely when it happened but the appointment did start 40 minutes after agreed with the hotel.

Very tranquil and cozy setting, nice garden and surroundings generally. Really appreciated the added positive "touches" (candles and encens in the evening, massages available on site, etc.) Fantastic location near several areas of interest, nice village/restaurants nearby Amazing breakfast and very helpful/welcoming staff Very convenient to have access to Yoga room and equipment to practice on my own Comfortable beds

At time of my stay, there were works in the surrounding buildings affecting quiet nature of the hotel location (not hotel's fault). Could be more written information in rooms or reception area about what to do in area

I loved the atmosphere in this hotel, it feels like home. The staff was very cheerful and helpful, we also got a good massage. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and healthy, with local ingredients. The room was beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. Also it was a pleasure to spend some time in the garden in the company of two friendly turtles.

Great location, in the centre of the town. Easy walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely garden, peaceful and relaxing. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. The building is a traditional Mallorcan house and so there are stairs (there is no lift) which might be a consideration for some. The breakfast room is a little small and felt a bit cramped when all the guests were present, so would suggest that you either go to breakfast early or wait until most people have finished. The breakfast was good, good value and again, staffs were very helpful.

Our only issue was the road works in the main square and building work next door, which just happened to be taking place when we visited Arta, which was not the fault of the hotel, but we certainly wouldn’t let that put us off staying again.

Beautiful location. Relaxed atmosphere so you can come and go. Peaceful during the evening Breakfast was lovely and fresh. Honesty bar very well stocked. Lola the tortoise joining us for breakfast

Personally, Mattress was a bit too firm for me. The room we were in was very spacious and comfortable but just lack of drying areas for damp towels etc.

Beautiful style of hotel with amazing breakfast. Fantastic air conditioning in a very spacious comfortable room. Staff were attentive , helpful and very friendly. Very very clean :) Peaceful and relaxing.

Very cozy place with only few rooms. Good beds and well-sized rooms. There is also a common living room which is nice. Breakfast was tasty and the buffet style offered a lot of options including delicious juices, cheeses and ham from the region as well as pastry Very nice garden. I liked the massages they offer.

The wardrobe was a very heavy piece of furniture of which it was hard to close the doors and drawers. But that was just a minor isdue

Beautiful courtyard in the midst of this Mallorcan town, our room was upgraded and the accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. The team were family based and very helpful at all times. It was based around a traditional Mallorcan town house with all the benefits of modern facilities.

Occasionally the wifi was intermittent.

The decoration, the place and Maribel, she made the difference with her kindness and resolution when needed, she should be promoted to manager!
