Ida & Carmelo was the most helpful, kind & warm host(s). We felt like they are family. The rooms appear to all be different but just as our room, lobby, restaurant, rooftop terrace, staircase, beautifully decorated. Centrally located, (churches are close by) many seemed to enjoy their very popular restaurant. We enjoyed our beautiful stay in Arte-unforgettable, THANK YOU Ida & Carmelo for a PERFECT stay!

Fantastic host, Ida, was very friendly and welcoming and always very helpful. The location was great in quiet part of Artà with great restaurant for bfast, lunch, dinner in the small square. The rooms were great, smallish but well equipped and with nice local views.

Not many things to jot like - no lift so if you have heavy bags it’s a bit of a struck up the stairs and the rooms were a bit small but neither were significant issues.

The breakfast was excellent- we ordered individual items- coffee, orange juice, and pastries- it was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. It was nice to eat outside in the sunshine.

Everything was great- this is our favorite place that we stayed at in Spain and if we visit Arta again we would not look around but return to this hotel. The location and facilities are perfect- close to the center of town but not in the middle of it.

The best place I have ever stayed. Would recommend to anyone staying in Artà. Truly beautiful, and large rooms in the center of the city. Ms Ida was more than a wonderful host, she was a genuine beautiful person who I won't forget. 🫶🏼 I could not recommend this book place enough

The staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast outside was lovely. The building and interior is beautifully decorated. The place is quiet during the night.

The hotel is right at the city center, but still not too loud. The room is nicely decorated, breakfast was rich and delicious, the host was also very friendly.

The exchanges with owner before arrival, the bedroom is nice and the TV has Netflix.

The bathroom is old, dirty and unhygienic. Not what one expects for the price one is paying. The window is stuck and cannot be open so no ventilation in the bathroom. The mouldy bathroom made my partner and I feel very uncomfortable. We asked the owner for our bedroom to be cleaned because we saw some rest of something gluey in the drain of the sink and the sink was dirty when we arrived and we communicated all this, but unfortunately we were only told the following day that the cleaner had finished early the day before so it had not been possible but it would have been nice to have been given an answer that day instead of keeping us waiting. Because of this and the fact that there is no Reception area, we thought that we did not receive the service for which we had paid. It was disgusting for us to brush our teeth with that gluey thing in the drain for 2 days. When it was finally cleaned, that night we saw a baby cockroach in the bathroom. Despite our complains about the noise (you hear EVERYTHING, it is like you had the window open when you actually have it closed) and the lack of cleannesses, we were not given another room immediately or a compensation. We were very uncomfortable because of all this. Also, all in the bathroom is super old. Bathtub and furniture should be changed. The curtains in the bedroom do not do their job so as soon as the sun is out, the room is completely lit up and you cannot sleep. We’re definitely not coming back.

**BE CAREFUL: Misleading Room Description and Lack of Basic Amenities** Have you ever wondered whether your hotel room has a window when booking it? Here, it’s better to check! When booking a hotel room, one assumes that basic elements such as natural light and air circulation will be provided unless otherwise specified. Unfortunately, the room I booked was completely dark and damp, with no air circulation whatsoever. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that the room lacked a proper window. The only "window" in the room was an opaque pane located in the bathroom, inside the bathtub, which opened into an interior services shaft. This is far from what anyone would reasonably expect, and this crucial detail was not disclosed in the room description on the platform. When we expressed our disappointment to the hotel management, their response was: "Our small standard rooms don’t have windows." Our requests for a room change or a partial refund were completely denied, and they made no effort to resolve the situation. Apparently, for them, a room with no window and no air circulation is normal! Furthermore, the room’s lack of natural light and ventilation poses significant hygiene concerns. There was no system of air circulation, making the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable. This not only violates basic standards of hospitality but also raises serious questions about the room's compliance with health regulations. I believe that such a misleading description should not be allowed, and the hotel should clearly state: **ROOM WITH NO WINDOWS AND LACK OF AIR CIRCULATION.** "A cave is more comfortable."
