Great location, very close to major sites and public transport. Super convenient with the aerobus to get to/from the airport (first stop with bus) and metro just outside the door is easy to navigate. Food court in neighboring shopping mall is great priced local food that avoids the tourist traps elsewhere. Rooftop pool is great.

The rooftop pool bar was closed when we arrived. Apparently only open in summer months. But you can take your own drinks and enjoy the pool.

The room was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very big and super comfy. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Amazing rooftop with a great pool. Breakfast had different options. The hotel was walking distance to bus stops and metro stations. A shopping center nearby, and several restaurants.

They asked for an additional deposit amount and taxes, which we were not informed in advanced. Bathroom only had a sliding door with no real lock, and shower itself didnt have a door. Fridge had drinks and you are not advised they are not included and you have to pay for it, if you consume any.

We were very well welcomed by Benjamin. The service was excellent. There was water and candies in the lobby. The room was big enough for 2 people with suitcases. One complimentary water on arrival. Mini fridge with minibar. The bed was very comfortable and there was a sofa if you wanted to be in your room but not in bed. We stayed there for 5 nights and we were comfortable. The infinity rooftop pool had an amazing view. Close to the mall, Las Arenas. The location was convenient, close to the metro and buses.

There were noises from cars because it is on a big street. Also you could feel the metro pass and the room would tremble. Thankfully, we were higher up, and it was better and I was able to sleep well. My shower didn't work well as the water was dripping a lot in the tub and wasted the water. It is difficult to get in the tub/shower as well. It is a minor thing though.

The room was really big with a spectacular view of Placa d Espanya and the Montjuic Columns. For Barca fans it is within walking distance to the stadium at Montjuic. Starbucks just beneath the hotel and Las Arenas 2 minute walk away. The rooftop is fantastic with a splendid view. I cannot imagine how beautiful it would be in summer. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room had all amenities. Comfortable bed, nice shower, a sofa and a desk. The TV was also big.

It is on a busy street, there are also roadworks going on so it tends to be noisy at night. Would not be very ideal for light sleepers.

Close to metro and a mall with plenty of decent restaurants and shops around. Room was very spacious with work space, strong shower, bed was huge and so comfortable. Big TV and wifi works well. Housekeeping is consistent. Overall I had a good stay and it was good value being in Barcelona.

The hotel is quite tired and worn out, broken glass glued together with tape which was shocking. Stains and dirty corners. Furniture and fixings are in bad shape and need maintenance. Traffic can be loud at times, and hotel staff are very non-chalant and unwelcoming. During our stay there was outage of water twice. A sudden water control visit was made, and the staff sort of forced themselves in, which was rather invasive and simply unnecessary.

This hotel has everything you might need when going to Barcelona. The location is really, really good; you have the metro in a 1-2 min walk, there are a lot of buses also. If you choose to go to an FC Barcelona game in the Olympic Stadion, it's also really close. The area is safe, clean and not too noisy although it's a busy area. The hotel is exactly like in the pictures and positive descriptions. Great location, helpful and kind staff, clean rooms. And a huge bonus was that we had a birthday during our stay and they surprised us with a bottle of champagne in our room. The view from the rooftop bar is also amazing. A security deposit of EUR100 is needed upon arrival (it's also described in the info box when booking your room), but I got it back without any issues 2 days after our leave. I would totally come back any time and recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel with super strategic position. 10 metres from autobus stop, 50m from A1 and A2 stops ( airport). Metro just around the corners. Garden, park, restaurants, Starbucks. The rooms have amazing view on playa de Spagna. On the roof you will find the pool and bar ( closed during the winter). The stuff are super friendly. Unfortunately they don't provide change of dates or any other coupons of possibility to rebook in case of change. This should be revised. Breakfast - quite good. You will find everything that you need plus some deserts on the table and in fridge.

Inflexible hotel in case of change the arrival dates

Loved the location downhill from the Museum of Modern Art, next to the Arenas shopping mall and in a safe and vibrant suburb. Loved the modern bedroom and bathroom decor. No extras but still very functional and attractive with fabulous lighting. Best of all it had multiple English speaking TV channels for news! The King bed was genuine, not two singles pushed together.

Larger towels would be nice. Breakfast yoghurt and fruit could be improved a bit along with nice quality bread. I’d love some berry options and some German style rye or sourdough bread. Not a major issue though.There was a big focus on desserts and sweet savouries, which is not so good for the waist but there was still enough there to keep us all happy.

A lovely hotel that is on a great location . They accommodated our request for early check in and placed us on the same floor ( booked 2 rooms). The rooms were modern , clean and spacious . The breakfast buffet had great selection- loved the fresh fruit and fresh fruit juices .

The shower knobs were not user friendly , room temperature changes - too hot, too cold. Lack of close loop communication from front desk staff. Requested a taxi pick up for airport trip , was told it was booked . Waited in the main lobby with my family , time went by and went to asked the front desk and that’s when I was told there was no taxi coming. I know it’s a 3rd party reservation but they should have keep us in the loop and COMMUNICATED the changes so alternate plans could be made so as not to miss our flight. COMMUNICATION is really important.

Great central location across Plaza España. Super nice and helpful staff. As expected in the winter season the roof top pool was closed and also their bar, but still nice views to enjoy. Did stay in the executive level 7, breakfast was nice and decent, with gluten-free options. Modern design and did felt quite better than just a "3 star hotel". They did save my luggage for several hours in a seperate guarded room after I did check out.

The keycard that is required to go to the room had technical problems, it was replaced twice in my one-day stay, as I could not reach my floor several times. The staff quickly replaced the card though.
