Great location as far as being right on Las Ramblas and close to everything. Rooms are nice size but we were there to take a cruise and had a lot of luggage so room was small for us. Bathroom was large and there was plenty of closet space. Staff was helpful with directions.

The hotel is located next to a theater that constantly has activities that involve long lines extending in front of the hotel mornings and several other times a day. The police even block off the street in front of the hotel for these lines!!! The day we were leaving the lines prevented the taxi from picking us up in front of the hotel. We had to walk with 6 pieces of luggage to the corner. The front desk person did help us take the luggage to the corner, but the whole situation was unpleasant. I will not stay there again for that reason. Otherwise location was great.

The location and the guy by the door were great.

The reception. I paid for upgrading the room at the check in but it was not documented and surprisingly the lady at the reception told me that she had to check the cameras. That was offensive. When I asked her to call his colleague from the check in day she told me that he’s probably sleeping. I also asked twice for the tub lid which had already been removed. But we didn’t get that.

The location was PERFECT! Right on La Rambla and just a very short distance to the Metro. Grocery store was 2 doors down. We requested (and received) a room with a view to La Rambla and were not disappointed. The room was very well equipped and the beds/pillows comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor and did not hear any noise from the street or the other rooms. We did not eat breakfast at the location so I cannot provide feedback on this subject. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We we asked for a map, we received a very detailed map and not one from a bus tour company. We would stay here again.

The price was a little high but, given the location, understandable. The price was in line with higher end hotels in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, Texas area where we live.

The location and the quality of the rooms and the hotel amenities were very good. We also enjoyed a fabulous dinner at the adjacent restaurant.

It was a little pricey and I had an issue with the original booking that I made with Bookkng.com that resulted in me paying even more. I booked the connecting family rooms and received a confirmation; however, the next day, I received a notice that the credit card did not go through, even though I booked multiple other rooms in different cities via the same Booking.com app and card on file. I tried contacting the hotel directly several times but no answer, so I re-booked the exact same rooms using the same Booking.com app and the exact same card on file. at bat second attempt went through successfully but the room price was almost $100 more than my prior day reservation.

The location was perfect. 1 min walk to the metro station. 2 min walk to the bus station. Very good restaurant (la pooma) with 10% discount for the hotel guests. Star Bucks 100m away. A lot of restaurants can be found in a circle of 400m. 750m (11 min) walk, you can find (Plaça Reil) where you can can find tens of good restaurants.

The floor has no carpet and was not clean. The rooms separated by panels that makes the hotel noisy.

Our room for 2 adults and a 15yr old was very comfortable, big enough where we were not falling over each other The position is very central to everything, the staff were professional, polite, and helpful. The breakfast lived up to the quality of the hotel. We will return for a 3rd time.

There wasn't any reason to not like anything. When you are treated with fantastic customer support this question did not enter my head. So again no, nothing to complain about.

We love how convenient the location is (near the metro, shops and restaurants). Easy to even get a taxi whenever you want to. The reception staff Filipa is very nice and accommodating from the first day we arrived until we checked out.

I hope they can improve the reception/lobby and separate toilet for male and female in PR floor. We didn’t get the chance to check in early (we arrived around 8am) maybe because the hotel is full.

The staff was exceptional. Extremely helpful in answering all questions. I also had an incident where a backpack was stolen and the police became involved. Fortunately all my belongings were retrieved and the police made an arrest. The young lady at the front desk helped a great deal with this process and also acted as an interpreter with the police. Very pleased with the staff & the hotel. In addition, the breakfast each morning was excellent.

• Fantastic location! It’s so easy to get around because of all the bus stops and train stations that are close by. • We arrived a bit early before check-in yet they still allowed us to check in early which was a treat because we were very tired from our flight. • Beautiful lobby!

• We got a standard room and it was a bit too small with the luggage that we had. We wish the rooms were a bit more spacious. • We could hear the doors slamming/closing from our room.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We had arranged for an airport transfer and needed an infant car seat, and the transfer company failed us but the Royal Ramblas staff came through by getting us a Taxi with a car seat in under 10 minutes!! So happy with them, and their hotel and their location!!
