Hotel good location, all areas clean, room cleaned every day, staff in all areas very good, Breakfast very good, pool area very good. overall highly recommended for a family stay

unfortunately our room was close to the bar & function suites so noisy until 0230 most nights also which is no fault of the hotel residents noisy throughout the night. Hotel needs to review its use of DJs that play Irish republican songs celebrating terrorist organisations

The location of the hotel right on the beach is really great. Very convenient to step outside and enjoy a walk, the beach or the restaurants from the area. The room was of a good size for our family of 2 +2 (12y and 10y). The balcony overlooking the sea and the beach (in our case) was great. The hotel is very clean and the room was cleaned on daily bases. There are many parking spaces around the area, maybe not necessary outside of the hotel, but a short walk. The breakfast is convenient, and it's at a reasonable cost. I personally believe the same room for a couple (without kids) could be amazing, for a much longer period. For us, it was ok for 4 nights, but to stay there a week or more, it might have been challenging. The kitchen is very helpful, and you have everything available there. I will likely return to the hotel in the future, but more than anything for the location and the sound of the waves.

I choose this hotel because it featured an "indoor pool". There is a gym, owned by a separate company at the ground floor, but their pool is very small, and it's used by their members. It costs about 8 euro per HOUR, and it's clearly not for kids to have fun. The outside pools were nice but too cold for us in January to jump in. There were people taking a swim.

very good beds, good night sleep, really amazing view from the balcony with sea views, take a way food to eat, near the sea, nice restaurant, nice own kitchen and supermarkets near

The elevators are full and slow and noisy. It would be nice, if the rubbish could be recycled, now as a tourists we did not know what to do with all plastic and glass bottles for example. There could be some instructions and better possibilities, how to recycle rubbish in Spain. I really would like to do it right when I visit another country.

lifts! oh my good god half didn’t work and others were taking ages. huge difference in different chefs too. bar food on level 6 nicer than oasis. shop very overpriced, thankfully another two nearby

Location of the hotel is amazing. Lovely breakfast. Beautiful view from the balcony and all of the apartment. Kids area is nice and safe with lots of activities for the children’s. Beautiful sandy beach next to the hotel. Perfect holiday for family with kids.

The air condition was noisy, makes noise like a dinosaur and also old like that. I felt myself in the Jurassic Park 15… The room furniture in bed condition (Room 305) sofa wants to fooling a part, the bed has 4 different legs which is looks funny (bed was comfortable), curtain holder falling down on first time when I touch the curtain and the sliding door….😭😂🤣 no comment. I just written this because the management should think about a little upgrade on the rooms which are in this condition, please! I love the hotel and we will going back, but I will book a Junior suite or anything higher quality room(if exist) not like this “Superior Apartment” because nothing was super on it just the price.

The staff, the room and the location were lovely. It was really clean the pools were a good size.The supermarket downstairs was handy. The addition of a little kitchen in the room was great.

The restaurant needs to up its game a bit. We went for half board. There is another restaurant Terrace we thought was part of the food agreement but it wasn't we went there for pizza ( because we thought they can't get that wrong) for our wedding anniversary. They did manage to give us the worst pizza's we ever ate. It was so bad it was funny and expensive

Beautiful location on the beach front with local amenities at your door step.

The building works was a little nuisance but nothing that put us off our amazing holiday. The sofa bed is ok but not amazing. The apartments are a bit compact but would be perfect for a 2 people sharing easily.

Renovations. They will improve the look of the hotel once finished though. We felt the fee for residents to use the leisure club was a bit high

The hotel is spotlessly clean as it always has been since we started coming here nearly 10 years ago. The staff are the best, so friendly, helpful and polite with big smiles on their face and you always get a hola from them😂 Breakfast has so much to offer and the food is delicious, the oasis restaurant is beautiful also for a nice relaxed family lunch or dinner. This hotel ticks all the boxes and so much more. The entertainment is brilliant for the kids and adults alike with the mini disco giving the adults a nice little break for the hour to relax also. Great work by all who put on and created the shows,keep up the great work.

That our week went so quick

Great location very clean really good entertainment n shows for kids/adults at night. Sea view is very nice from room. we all had great week. lovely food in main restraunt super market across road next to burger King has everything kinda like a lidil/aldi type less expensive than hotel super market. rooms had everything you need can get irish n popular brands food from home in supermarkets staff very nice and helpful.

waiting time on lifts during busy times of day/night so suggest request room between 2th/5th floor for convenience to use stairs if needed. but other times it was fine. supermarket in hotel is very pricey but that's expected but there's another super market across road next to burger King which prices are more reasonable and cheaper. can't really fault anything.
