10 min walk to the beach. great location and The apartment was new and clean. Washing machine and dryer were available. There was a safe box in the room, It was important for us. The room facilities were good and comfortable to stay in. It was very cozy and comfortable, like one's own home. Cozy and comfortable balcony to sit. Access to restaurants, hairdressers, supermarkets, parking and everything needed because of the good location. All the complete information needed by the hotel was given to us through WhatsApp, and they were always available from WhatsApp for our needs. We were satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back again if we come to Benidorm🙂

the mattress was soft for me, It would be better if the mattress was firm for me.

Absolutely stunning apartment centrally located. clean, fresh contemporary living space with all the amenities you require for a self catering break. Spotlessly clean and beds changed after 2 nights along with fresh towels. Furniture is of good quality with extra touches like a chair for the balcony and a iron and hairdryer. Excellent location in the old town and great for the beach. Excellent communication with hotel who were always on hand to answer questions and support guests with any issues. Can’t wait to return and highly recommend.

Nothing it was perfect.

The hotel rooms themselves were clean, they had almost everything you needed, the showers were hot, soap was provided and the beds were comfy. The location was spot in in Old Benidorm with everything you could possibly need around you and New Benidorm was only a 10 minute walk away. The rooms also provided a microwavem plates, kettle, coffee and a free large bottle of water. Upon check out there is also a shower room, toilet and somewhere to get changed as well as charge your phones before departure. The lady who checked us in was also very friendly.

We stayed for 3 nights and the bedding and towels were not changed and there was no iron or ironing board. Apart from that all was good.

Excellent shower comfortable bed facilities all spot on. Very central location 15 minutes walk from train station.

The only thing I didn't like was when I vacated my room at 11.00 my flight was midnight so I had nowhere to store my luggage and so just had to lump it around with me for my last day. Reception not mand all done by WhatsApp. You can not beat the human touch, just someone to ask face to face .

Good communication on booking, we were late arrivals and so needed a late check in, which went ok. There is a lift to avoid carting the suitcases up the stairs. We were told to pick up room cards from reception, but didn't figure out that reception was up on the next floor at first but everything there as promised. We booked two rooms next to each other for 5 adults, Beds and pillows were really comfy - including the sofa bed! The hotel very secure with a personal room safe. The owner was really good with us on leaving as we had a very late flight and she allowed us to use one of the rooms until our pick up time for the airport - made a massive difference to our last date.

The rooms were great and very well equipped but as one of our rooms had three adults in it once three adults with suitcases, clothes etc., where in it - it was a little tight. Would recommend more suitable for a couple or perhaps a couple with a child (two singles & a sofa bed) - not three adults (especially not 3 ladies with too many clothes!). Would recommend if you book the appropriate sized rooms

Great location! Close to supermarket, bakeries, both beaches, restaurants! Silent. I stayed here with my child for four nights and it was superb! We were able to wash our clothesfor first time during our Spain trip as there was laundry machine and dryer in free use

More a hotel room with kitchenette than an apartment, very small for 3 adults. On arrival room was full of smoke and cooking smells, also happened next morning obviously from another apartment through the ventilation . Once folded out the sofa bed made access from the main bed to the bathroom very difficult

Excellent find. Lovely clean room (corridors smelly though but not room). Great central location to both old and new towns. Highly recommend

Only negative was lack of storage. Small flat but could still accommodate a small set of drawers. We had to empty a kitchen drawer and use that, we were only there 4 days so doable
