Great location for the old town and beach. Rooms were spacious. Comfortable balcony. Had all the facilities we needed. Really had a great time and was enjoyed by the whole family.

The check in arrangements were not good. We requested an early check in and were informed that someone would meet us at our arranged time. WhatsApp messages and phone calls weren’t answered. Ended up getting an email to complete an online check in. Waited outside the apartment for nearly 90 minutes before someone turned up to give us keys.

Really good spacious apartments, easy to access, easy instructions, lots of amenities, it's simple but all of the apartments had what we wanted. Great value, amazing location. When you leave, don't leave the key in the back of your door as they cannot get in after ( not sure why anyone would do that, but my mate did.) Can't really complain about anything as it's exactly what you would want for a lads weekend away.

The towels take a long time to dry you, terrible towels.

every thing was great,but the shower needs some extra bits ie somewhere for the soap shampoo it’s a right pain there’s nothing. we Where there nearly a month clean towels and bed sheets once would have been good. we reported damaged windows on the second day but nothing was done. but we would stop there again,if there was somewhere to keep a mobility scooter and charge it.

it’s location was great and the layout was good.

Really easy to find, and the staff are good, although we never spoke in person they had a WhatsApp messenger to speak with who give very fast replies. Our room was a lovely size, nice and clean and the Air con is amazing in the rooms!

Parking is across the road in a multi story for the shops at around €20 per day

Fantastic location just 1minute to the beach and restaurants. Close to taxirank. We had an outdoor space with table and chairs which was lovely. Not much noise from the other apartments

Next door was a karaoke bar which we could hear but wasn’t too intrusive to stop sleep , I doubt it could be heard higher up in the building as heard very little noise from the other apartments or hallway

The beds pillows 🛌 and duvets. Made it very comfortable. It was also very clean. And a fantastic location.

We had to check out. At 11AM. With no holdall place For our luggage. Also the rooms were not cleaned. With towels toiletries and sheets renewed. During our stay However. The apartments we're perfect for us during our March St Patrick's day celebrations Over a long weekend. The value was excellent.

Great location in Old Town, moments from the beach and all the restaurants, shopping etc. The apartment was spacious and modern with a great comfy mattress and great powerful shower. However it was a bit stark. It feels a bit like it’s not finished ie no full length mirror, no decor like pictures etc.

A thicker duvet for January would be great as pretty cold at night, just a bit more attention to decor but would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay it was clean and in an amazing position right in the heart of Old Town Benidorm. We were able to walk to the beach and all the restaurants were nearby and enjoy the atmosphere

The only thing I can think of is the parking as we had to park in a multi storey nearby and I wasn't dissatisfied with any thing else xx

Didn't like looking at brick wall the pictures you show dot seem to be the rooms you get it looks lovely inthe pictures but nothing like what you get
