The breakfast was very poor. The range of food was not to my liking. While there was a wide range of cold meats, I was not interested in such food in the morning. The cereals range was also very limited. I only went for breakfast on one occasion.

Staff were amazing very friendly and catered to our every need the room and hotel was spotlessly clean. The roof top terrace on floor 21 was out of this world with full panoramic view of Benidorm. Great Location. Thank you for an amazing stay I would highly recommend this hotel.

The pool area was a little bit small

Superior location - Just 3-4 minutes to the sea Rooms are clean and cozy. Nice service and food

1.Main pain point are elevators. Not enough elevators/controls for such high building. You have to wait a lot when go up or down. Often elevators stop on each floor when go down. It is time consuming process. What i could suggest is to consider locking 2 elevators to lower floors and 2 other for higher floors only. And use some sort of smart system to control the passenger flow so elevator will not stop on each floor. 2. Internet access is very bad. Unstable connection all the time. It is possible to check mail only in the early morning or deep at night.

My 19th floor Superior room was amazing, view across the beach and over Old Town with the sun rising to my left and setting to the right. Bedroom clean and well equipped with tea and coffee facilities, milk in the fridge, enough wall sockets, a great bathroom with twin head walk in shower. Balcony had 2 chairs and a drier. Breakfast was good with a choice of cooked, breads and pastries, fresh fruit and cheeses. 5 lifts to all floors including the exterior glass lift!

Only couple of complaints, bed wasn't all that comfortable but this is subjective. Also charging €8 for Sauna use and another €8 for Steam room meant i certainly never used it and didn't see them in use either.

Fantastic location for the old town and new town just 2 mins walk from the beach front. Balcony was fantastic with an amazing view from the 8th floor. I'd recomend going in the outside lift to the restaurant and bar on the 21 floor with amazing views. Pool area was quite and relaxing, maybe due to been through the week. Staff and cleaners all very friendly and helpful.

Overall my stay was very enjoyable. I've stayed in this hotel several times before and some rooms are internal so double check what you've booked if you want a nice balcony with nice views.

Great location. Fabulous bar on 20th floor. Amazing value. Nice terrace in room with a lovely view. Great shower. Huge spread for breakfast

Room was a little bit battered in places and basic. Breakfast was buffet and cooked items were lukewarm if not cold. Bacon and sausages were awful but that’s our taste. Some staff a bit grumpy some very nice especially lady on reception. Bar closed at 12.30 prompt and staff hovered over you with jackets on waiting for you to finish. A lady asked for a glass of water and they refused. House white wine was very poor to taste.

The second room we were given was spacious and well furnished. Good view from the terrace. Large bathroom. High standard of cleanliness.

On checking in, we were given a worse room than usual but were fobbed off by the male receptionist who insisted that all rooms are the same. The following morning, we complained again and the female receptionist immediately allocated us a better room which was up to the standard of our previous stays.

Fantastic from walking into the hotel, the hotel smelt clean and fresh, staff where welcoming, the room superb, I sak for a certain room and was given it, comfy beds great cleaners, all the staff where happy and aways willing to help

location was amazing, we were just where the old town ends & new begins and as we wanted to explore both it was ideal. There was loads of bars, restaurants, supermarket & shops nearby. very short walk to the beach. The hotel was absolutely spotless, rooms were cleaned daily. we were B&B basis & there was lots of choice at breakfast but it was obviously Mediterranean cuisine so don’t expect a fry-up !!

only downside to this hotel was the small pool, we were there in May and the sun doesn’t hit the pool until midday & we didn’t like the indoor pool, you don’t go on a sun holiday to be at an indoor pool anyway.

location was great, excellent rooms and great roof top bar.

the check in was an absolute nightmare, the receptionist’s tried telling me and were persistent I hadn’t booked the correct amount of rooms which I did and showing them the proof didn’t seem to convince them either, after that they then tried charging me for the rooms which I had paid for in advance. we didn’t all turn up together so when the rest of the group turned up they said the exact same thing to them which took a ridiculous amount of time to check those in.
