Lovely designed and spotlessly clean. Individual AC is such a blessing. I was especially delighted by the fact that the bathroom door wasn't directly facing the bed. Lots of shelves for organizing our baggage. The location was easy to get everywhere, we were there all the time by foot. The location is debatable, it is deeply multicultural influenced, and can be a bit funky, definitely takes some personality to appreciate it. However, overall it's safe even to walk in the night.

Can hear people bumping their doors, dropping things, and rolling luggage. It had happened to us that a group of party people came back to their room very late and the noise could be heard while they shouted in the hallway and the slapping doors.

Room was nice & was cleaned very well and restocked daily. Liked having small fridge & electric kettle with instant coffee. The hotel seems well kept and clean.

The noise from the bar(s) across the street from our room. Very loud, very late. We stayed 5 nights, we wore earplugs to go to sleep two of those nights. Also, not sure if it is permitted, but there was definitely significant odor of cigarette & weed smoke on the 2nd floor most of the time we were there. Not overwhelming, but it was obvious people were smoking in the rooms.

I liked the interior of the hotel, the workspace where you could get a coffee for €1 and mini cakes for free, the bed was really comfortable and with a lot of pillows. It was a spacious room for how tidy it actually was!

The airplay on the TV didn't work with my iPhone, the coffeemachine in the workspace could maybe have something where you could put the money in instead of needing to go to the reception. Also the neighbourhood was not really cozy, so you have to take a 20 minute walk if you want to get to know the nice places.

Very comfortable room with lovely shower and good storage. Staff were very helpful. Everything was very clean and the room was serviced as often as we wished. We were able to walk everywhere as all main attractions and restaurants were in easy reach. We looked at many hotels and this represented best value for money.

It was noisy in the street outside at times but we factored this in as it is fairly close to the city centre. Also one side of the hotel led to a less savoury area so we used the side close to the better area.

it was simply amazing. Nice bed, clean room, nice lighting, small but amazing bathroom, huge smart TV, lots of power adapters. And you also get a co-working space for work calls. In the immediate nearby you get all kinds of stores, even a supermarket. 9/10

Can do a little better on the in-room breakfast. they do not offer breakfast in the price but in the room you have a boiler, instant coffee, water, tea, milk, and some biscuits. A small pocket of jam/jelly would be the icing on the cake.

Everything was fine. We got a broken toilet, so we could easily get a new room. Near the hotel are supermarkets, and shopping streets. It's a 20-min walking to the Guggenheim museum. We could leave out baggage on check-in day and also on check-out day. It was perfect. They're speaking English. It's a big plus.

Reception is not working 24/7. In the morning is empty there. We had luck that one guy could open for us the door, and we could leave our baggage in the lock.

Upon arrival the receptionist whipped out a map and instantly showed us all the best places to visit in Bilbao, without any prompt. Without this our trip wouldn’t have been nearly as great! The room was spacious and very clean, and the cleaners came each day and did a thorough job keeping the room to an excellent standard. All the staff were incredible and friendly. We absolutely loved our stay here and were sad to leave.

The hotel was quiet and the room was very spacious and nicely decorated. Well equipped big bathroom and comfy bed.

The lobby and bedroom had a very strong perfume/cleaning product smell that made us feel like a bad odor was being covered up (though I must admit, I’m very sensitive to smell). The neighborhood is nothing special, but not a far walk from the main Bilbao attractions. If you come by car, parking is difficult outside of an added fee garage.

Beautiful design aesthetic. Clean, modern. Great bathroom. Very helpful receptionist. Car Parking in the open close by which was easy to park in and reasonable for a big city (20 euros). We didn’t use the official park, we just used that, it was great. Could walk to everything, it is a central location.

The great design is looking a little tired now but not too much, as long as you’re ready for that, it’s beautiful!
