Very spacious room. With lots of space to organize my travel gear.. The shower was very nice. Also the curtains made it possible to have a very dark room for sleep which I like. The thermostat was very easy to set so that the room maintained a comfortable temperature at all times. The check-in procedure was handled super quick by a very capable front desk person. I extended my stay a 2nd night I enjoyed the hotel that much. Also, there is a nice supermarket, laundromat and gym all within a block of the hotel. Great experience.

Clean practical and functional place with pleasant and helpful staff. Only film minutes away from most places in Bilbao including the bus to the airport.

The site stated that they would close the doors at midnight for checking in and because my flight was late I tried calling and there was no answer and in fact they were open all night which caused a bit of a panic so I wished it would answer the phones

Well-located hotel, clean, friendly staff. The check-in and check-out were easy. Overall it was a good experience. Basics were available (toiletries, towels) and were replaced daily.

Single rooms are very small and ventilation in the bathroom was not great. It would be nice to have the bathroom mat not to stand on the floor straight from the shower.

Great place. Helpful staff. Good location. Close to Lidl and Carrefour. A lot of cafeteria around. 15 minut walk to trains, metro and airport bus. Large room with small kitchen and wash machine. A/ C. Confortable shower.

No kettle in the room. With this 5* accomodation.

Friendly staff, attentive and also looked after our luggage for free on our final day as we had a late flight out. Bedroom was comfortable, more than big enough.

Small bottles of shampoo or a big one that dispenses from the shower wall instead of the sachets. Everything else was perfect

Big plus: There is a kitchen in the room! Cooking plates, some dishes and cutlery and cooking dishes, a sink, a fridge! Big plus: I could borrow a kettle at reception!

A second trash bin would be good. Minus: No hooks to hang your towels, your coat etc.

It had all the promised features. Very clean. Plenty of hot water. It was Spartan GREAT staff. Great location. NOT FANCY is an understatement. But everything you need. Great towels. I would definitely stay there again

The hotel is well placed within minutes of many interesting places, including plaza mayor, casco viajo, public transport and all the bars, cafes and restaurants Bilbao has to offer. The room is air conditioned, clean and fairly spacious.

I feel like there should be an option to wash or not wash towels, to reduce unnecessary washing.

Looks like some got a floor of a building and built a basic hotel with what you need to spend a nice evening sleeping. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean in what you had to use it, but some stuff didn't look that good. Would still recommend if you're going to spend 1 or 2 nights in Bilbao

The front desk and cleaning staff were kind and helpful. My room was nice and comfortable (and had roof access) and the bathroom was clean, if a bit small. There are two grocery stores right around the corner (Carrefour and Lidl). The river is a 15-minute walk.

I would've loved a mini fridge. The shower didn't have a tray for toiletries.
