The hotel was conveniently located. The staff on reception were very friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to help us with directions and give advice about our stay. It was very good value for money, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning, which cost 8.5 euros, was varied, nice quality, and plentiful.

The only slight annoyance was the fact that there were no cups/glasses in our room, so on our first night we were unable to have a drink. We bought bottles of water the next day.

Excellent central position. Good car park under the hotel. Short walk to the Guggenheim museum. Very quiet, but basic room. Stunning array of breakfast offerings, to suit all tastes. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, with a good command of languages and local information. Good shower cubicle, in a bathroom with no sharp edges.

Quite difficult to finally locate. Not enough power sockets for modern travelling, but had taken this complaint seriously, from previous reviews and provided an extension cable. Well done!

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The sustainability policy is well thought-out and implemented enthusiastically, even down to the vegan-friendly toiletries provided. But, the jewel in the crown of this hotel is its excellent, friendly staff who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable.

It would be difficult to find fault. Although the rooms aren’t luxurious, they are quite comfortable, are very clean and represent very good value for money.

Good location, friendly front desk staff. Comfortable mattresses. The lemon and cucumber flavored drinking water in the lobby is a nice touch.

We had booked two rooms. In one of the rooms the bathroom smelled horrible every morning. The smell subsided during the day. It smelled as if sewer gas was coming up the drain. The AC was spotty in both rooms - sometimes it didn't really cool the room.

10 mins away from the bus station where the airport bus drops you in the center of Bilbao. The room and shower were big for what we even needed 😊 Staff was extremely friendly and helpful - I truly feel at home!!!

A little noise outside and not avoidable. Paid 114 euro for a night in Standard Double Room with Extra Bed but this is one of the most price performance match places to stay. So this might be something to add services to satisfy this price maybe?

Nice room, nothing fancy, but good value for the money. Very quiet. Window looked to the interior, so no street noise. Great location. Many nice bars around the surrounding blocks and an easy walk to the very center of town. On-site parking was a huge plus.

There is a weird thing with the elevator access to the parking garage. One only goes down to the -1 level; the other only goes to the -2,-3,-4 levels. If you have a lot of luggage, waiting for the right one could take a while if it's busy. There are stairs, though, if you can carry your bags.

When we arrived to the hotel, the receptionist gave us a map and explained what we would find of interest, where to go, where not to go, and how long it would take us to get to the places most frequented by tourists. He was very service minded and this is something most hotels don't care about doing.

The first night we stayed, we found unclean sheets. They did change them when we notified this, but it was a bad first impression for hygiene.

The staff was nice and helpful. Loads of choice at the buffet breakfast. In a strategic location of the city, and only 10 minutes walking from the bus stop where we got the bus to go back to the airport. We booked months in advance as we knew that June is quite high season, but I think what we paid was a right price. We loved the big shower in our bedroom.

The hotel was in a great location close to restaurants and sights in Bilbao. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and they accept dogs.

We had two rooms. One room was perfect and smelled good. The second room across the hall had a slight odor as soon as we walked in.

Perfect location, 10-15min walking from Casco Viejo and Guggenheim museum, in a very pleasant and lively neighborhood. The room was clean and essential, staff very friendly and helpful.

It was not that cheap, but we booked last minute when few rooms were left and was anyway the cheapest option in the city center.
