The room itself was very comfortable. It was a single room, so it was tiny, but I think it was just enough for one person. In the room, there is a small kitchen. Also, you can find a laundry room in the building. The building is close to the metro station, which would help get to the city center in 15 min max. The staff was very nice and friendly :) For me, as a solo traveler, it was totally worth it. x1000 times better than staying in a hostel somewhere downtown.

1. Cleanliness. The bedsheets and towels were clean. But on the surfaces -- the tables and the floor -- one could see that they were not cleaned for a while. The table and floor were covered with food crumbles, also there were dust clumps under the tables, you could see them just chilling there. 2. Facilities. There is a closet in the room, but it has no hangers at all. There is a kitchen in the room but without any kitchenware. I mean, it's cool having the closet and the kitchen in the room. But they are of no use, and that's a shame.

Good location near metro and bus stop that goes to main bus station (for airport bus) and Guggenheim Museum. Room was big enough for one person for a short stay with a good shower. Free water fountain in reception.

Not really a complain but more of an observation: bring washing up liquid, any bathroom amenities, toilet paper is supplied. There is a microwave and hot plate, one deep saucepan and one frying pan and one large wooden spoon. No large mixing bowl, chopping board or cheese greater. In case anyone was thinking they could do full catering, but there is a large fridge and if you have a short stay or just going to heat up good the kitchen is suitable for that.

Nice compact room with bathroom and mini kitchen. Bed was very big, comfortable and clean. There was enough plug sockets. You also can adjust temperature in the room. Important that kitchen has microwave and fridge (wich worked very loud, but worked). Bathroom also compact and have everything you need. Building has good location in quit town, but near metro station or 20 min walk to the centre Very friendly personal

In kitchen was microwave and electric stove, but was no cup or metal pan to use it. So if you want tee you must go downstairs in public kitchen. Or buy the dishes. Wish there be more soundproofing, because you hear and feel everything what happened in the corridor. Especially when roommates are very loud Also at night a lantern from street shines in the window and roller blinds don't help. The bathroom was not cleaned very well, there was a lot of hair near shower cabin

Easy simple accommodation for students or tourists

Overall it was pretty fine and clean, they don’t provide shampoos, soap or tools for the kitchen (there is no cutlery, plates cooking stuff etc, only hob, fridge and microwave....although you might get things from the communal kitchen downstairs); you only find bed sheets and towels +toilet paper , but no blanket/duvet, no hairdryer, not even if you ask the reception so you have to take it easy, but I understand it’s a student accommodation so I wouldn’t complain. The fire alarm flash light was pretty strong, so it might be annoying to sleep or better having a sleeping mask. They also have this long pillow for the bed (instead of the standard size 50x70 cm )

The place was nice. I like that it was worth the price. It had a great small gym and I felt that overall it was clean and very comfortable. It was very close to the metro, which was nice to get into the center. It would usually take like 20 min to get there.

The location was a bit far from the center. Nothing really bad to be honest, but I had to think about it at night as the metro stopped working around 11:30 pm to 12:00 am if I'm not mistaken, therefore I didn't feel like walking or using the bus all the way to get there. I did it on a couple of occasions. Nothing too bad, just something to consider I guess.

This place has a great location, it's in a quiet residential area that's well connected to the rest of the city. Although it's not in the city center, it's close to the metro station and walking distance from old town. It's a student residence, so you get a separate room with private bathroom and kitchenette. It has almost everything you might need for medium/long stay. Everything in the room is new and rather well maintained.

Nothing to complain about, although it'd be nice to have a bit more cutlery and a smaller pot/electric kettle

Outstanding. Booked another night. Exceptional value Location not central but public transport links one minute walk very cheap every few minutes easy quick access everywhere. Supermarket one minute walk. Single room large super comfy bed. Good charging points. Desk. Chair. Microwave. Fridge. Induction top. Would need more equipment if you wanted to cook. Kitchen laundry and lounge areas available Window opens for great ventilation. Air conditioning excellent. Quiet. But didn’t need to use. Great block out external roller shutters and blind. Didn’t find any internal or external noise a problem. House staff very friendly Wifi fast and stable

Smoke alarm on ceiling. Flashing light every few seconds disruptive at night as very intense. Obviously not noticeable in daylight.

Great value for money in comparison to everything else available . Good location if you don’t want to stay right in the busy centre…Area was residential mix and felt safe and quiet ..metro was a two/three min walk away and only two stops into the old town . The 38 bus also stopped right nearby and went to the newer part of town . Small bar cafe next door which we didn’t use but handy to know it was there if needed. There was a supermarket three mins away which had everything we needed . A small kitchenette in the room for cooking . Everything was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Comfy beds and we had a bathroom each because of the room configuration .Good communal spaces including a tv lounge table tennis table etc that could be used .

Would have been nice to have had a tv in the room . The cooking equipment was just about ‘sufficient’ but no kettle or washing up items etc and there was only one very small shower gel sachet provided ..no soap even . The sink leaked badly on our last day …but we accept that these things happen in any accommodation. These are all things that could have made the stay better but it was still very good value especially if you don’t intend using accommodation as more than a safe comfy place to sleep .

Very nice and clean. Plenty of space. It was great to have a kitchen. There is a supermarket few meters from the accomodation. Staff was nice. Metro station very close and just two stops to the old town. Just don't forget your toiletries. No gel, shampoo or hand soap in the rooms.

The noise during the night. Quite often I could hear noise that made me feel the door was opening. Then I thought it could be the air conditioners or pipes. Quite noisy and disturbing if you are trying to fall asleep. Once asleep wouldn't wake me up though

Everything. Super clean and confortable. Cool simple design and colour scheme. Did not expect all the kitchen facilities but great. Laundry facility (washing machine and dryer) were cheap and mist convenient, was even able to watch Netflix on a mega large screen in the near by chill room when the two cycles were taking place (wash 40min + dry 1 hour…) Also they provide toiletries AND wash up liquid, sponge etc… to do the dishes! + communication prior to stay was also really prompt and accommodating. Big supermarket nearby. Wished I could stay longer…

Just a water pipe noise in the room (when someone flush the toilet in another room?) But honestly the whole stand of the place is so great that it feel mean to mention this.
