The over 16 pool was fabulous, if I go back that’s where I will remain. The atmosphere of the hotel was great, along with having multiple shops and a stall in the lobby everyday. The entertainment was good too. plenty of loungers all the time.

The pool at the hotel lining needs replacing, as it had massive bubbles in. The lack of rails at the over 18 pool so when walking down the steps there’s nothing to hold onto, which would of helped me walking down the steps. instead I went flying and got all cut was funny like but still a rail would be great.

The choice of either all inclusive or just B&B and buy an evening buffet if you wanted. Computers and printers are free to use in the reception area. Card for Titsa bus system available in an on-site shop giving 33% discount on all bus journeys. The buffet was good and varied every day.

Lifts slow and jerky. Spent too much time waiting for the lift to arrive.

Everything was perfekt

The buffet was excellent. Bus stop 100yds from the hotel going to centre of village and Santa Cruz made travel around easy. Entertainment included. TV had several UK channels. Free wifi. Pool was good. Two computers and printer for guests to use in lobby. Supermarket close.

Only one power point in room which was 2 pin so uk adaptor did not fit. 3 pin socket in bathroom was faulty and did not reliably connect. I did not complain as it was a minor issue.

The meals lack of choice and not appetising

The Breakfast and evening buffets were excellent. Local supermarkets and other shops within walking distance. Bus too and from Airport to stop on main road, about 14 mins walk or local bus from near hotel to bus top for airport bus.

Balcony light faulty, appears to be the case with many rooms. TV didn't work. Neither a major issue.

The all inclusive area and pool was nice and the Adult only area with the Jacuzzis was a lovely area

The food could of been better. The meals were very basic and no wow factor. Just really below average

food was great and amazing helpful staff, nice bubble tubs with an amazing view for morning relaxation

the staff were fantastic especially Moises and staff who made a 60th celebration special , food and entertainment excellent .

LOCATION. It was really peacefull. The view from room was great. Town is quiet - only hotels and other turistiv houses. Stuff is also nice and professional. Breakfast was good - they also had beer 🤪.

Hot tubs are really small. And we couldn't close the door to the bathroom - but we were there only for the night so we didn't tell anyone. :)
