It's in the middle of the city so you can go by foot easly within it. Nicely equipped with everyting you need. Cleaniness was great as well. Playa de las Teresitas is close by car even though other than Santa Cruz we went down by foot.

Elevators needs some refinment as they are slow and not trust-inspiring. Also if you rented a car - good luck! You either go for a private parking space (which adds to your accomoditation with +10-12%) or hunt for an empty space for an hour. And it's not a joke, locals sometimes do that they just stop in front of a parking space and wait there for 20 minutes. And even if you find a space you have a long walk, as Hotel is in a walking street only.

I was lucky to get room 709. Great view of the port in the distance, and Murphy Square just in front of my window. The hum from city noise was constant but not unpleasant, and having two layers of windows works very well. (However, had I got a room looking into the courtyard - with the view of the exhaust pipe and noise from the exhaust fan, my stay would have been ruined. This should be made clear and not just described as 'inner view'. It is not a view, and the fan noise is not a little detail.) The bathroom was spotless with no clutter, hygienic marble floors and walls and exactly my kind of layout. Sound insulation is non-existent. Everything that is done in next room, you hear. That is a shame as otherwise the bathroom, cleanliness and layout of the room were great. The receptionists are helpful - I asked for and got a 'quieter room' - but act like they were under instructions not to smile or greet guests when entering / leaving ?

Excellent location, in the very centre of Santa Cruz, plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity, the staff and waiters were always very kind and helpful. The breakfast - buffet libre - every day was the same, still very good with decent choices and served in very nice conditions

Parking the cars in Santa Cruz is very complicated. Obviously it is not the fault of the hotel. I do suggest to reserve in advance one of three parking places the hotel offers. The entrance to that parking is on the other side of the building

the hotel is in the heart of the center. it's close and safe everywhere. The hotel staff are very polite, helpful and friendly. I would prefer if I came back again. my room was very clean and very spacious. the only problem is the beds make noise and sometimes you hear everyone in the other rooms and you wake up in an instant. but it's okay, as a result, you came on vacation, man, have fun :))) thank you very much to all the working friends. they are always smiling and always polite to you.

The staff

This hotel is my home everytime I return to Tenerife. The staff treats me like family, accommodating all my needs, including copying important documents for me at no charge. The hotel is super clean. The view was spectacular. The hotel is very quiet. The cleaning staff is very nice and accommodating

Decent hotel for the money and ideally placed for all the bars and restaurants you could ever need. Very clean room and everything else as should be.

I like a fairly firm mattress however these may be a bit too firm for some.

Santa Cruz was our last station after some time traveling in Tenerife and we had tried other accommodations. Comparing to what we had e had before this hotel exceeded expectations. We had a good breakfast, our room was very clean and the location was great ! We really liked the stuff as well - they were very kind and service minded. Most of the hotels use COVID as an excuse to provide very low standard service but in this hotel they follow guidelines without comprising completely some standards. There is 24 hour reception. Parking available with some extra payment in the private garage next door. For free parking you have to drive a little around but if you are in a hurry you will certainly find something. The hotel has a reserved spot for 15 min on the street which is nice if you have luggage.

The room was a little small and the bathroom space could be more practical. although we were on the 6th floor there was quite some noice coming in the evenings from the square downstairs.

Location fantastic. The hotel is right on a very attractive park and square. Great area for shopping and eating. Hotel is a bit dated but on the whole adequate. The location makes it worth staying there.

A few more small things like nicer soap and some tissues, few more hangers, a bit more choice for breakfast like fresh fruit instead of canned fruit.

Room was small but ok for our one night stay. Room seemed fit for a single bed but had a double in so it was hard to utilise wardobe as there was very little space between the bed and wardrobe. OK sized bathroom. Breakfast was very good with a great selection to order to be cooked, plus various buffet items. Location of this hotel is excellent, literally 1 minute from the main street and nearest bus stop and 5 minutes to tram stop.

Nothing really except shower is hard to get into in r601 as it has a very wide ledge between the outside and inside of the bath. For someone less agile it may cause difficulties.

Rooms are basic and old fashioned, but comfy and very clean. Windows are so small there was almost no light in the room, but they isolate sounds from a busy tourist square, so that's appreciated. Bascially this is a very decent option in the heart of the city - the location is great.

The walls were so thin that you could hear snoring from the next room :) Sad decor of the rooms, definitely a place where you do not stay to chill, but rather only sleep and treat it as a great spot to go for a party.
