Excellent value for it's money - clean apartment with well-equipped kitchen and spacious balcony. Although we didn't had an ocean view, we still enjoyed view on mountains and just wonderful sunsets. Very nice and helpful staff provided everything we needed and more :) Swimming pools available during the day, also there is a restaurant in the same building and shop just nearby. Also La Orotava and Puerto de la Cruz are just nice towns to walk around and have a dinner. No parking at the property, but we always could find free of charge parking around.

You most likely would need a car to get to the nearest beach. Playa el Ancon, which is the nearest one, seems to be quite difficult reachable and not suited for small kids and elderly people. We enjoyed Playa Maria Jimenez, which is 15-min ride from the property (as well as famous Loro Parque, which is also worth visiting).

The views, the staff, the facilities, the comfort, the gardens, the pools. Definitely take the sea view room.

Walls are a little thin. The neighbour next door who lives there always, had a few romantic evenings for me to enjoy, as some apartments are owned, some are holiday rentals. I can't complain really as I had a screaming baby and the neighbour had to suffer. But I can tell that your stay will depend on neighbors, as walls are thin. Parking can get a little tricky some times, but you never end up more than 5 min away from the entrance

Apartment with a great view. Nice pool. It's clean enough. Balcony with ocean view. Large apartment, as booked. Very friendly support during the stay, all issues were resolved quickly. Very quiet area. Excellent location for car trips around the island. Great value for money.

Poor wifi, as usual at the island - it does not work in the room, it is necessary to re-enter the password every day. Renovation is required in some places, but it wasn't a problem for us.

The apartment has breathtaking views over the ocean and Mount Teide, and the swimming pools in the foreground are just icing on the cake. Spotless rooms, super comfortable bed, small but functioning kitchenette, bright living room, and again, those stunning views from the balcony will make any stay memorable. Comes with cards to enter the outside swimming pools, which are in a well kept garden with similarly amazing views onto the ocean below.

No oven, have to use the grill function of the microwave in case you need to cook. The convertible sofa didn't quite work, looked like it saw some extra stress in its days and its extended legs were bent. The complex operates as a spa, with the indoor wellness+activity centers costing extra, and the outside swimming pools close at 7pm, way too early in our opinion.

The location is great. Such a calm area and there is a small supermarket Spar nearby + a restaurant which is not bad. The size of the suite is good. It was nice to have a small table for food, a coach and a nice small balcony with an incredible view of the sea and sunsets. Very clean place, good wifi

The bathroom is a bit outdated and it had sometimes an odd smell but overall it did not bother us.

The view of the balcony is amazing. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. Quiet location, I love this side of Tenerife, away from the crowded touristic places.

The matrasses should be changed and the stovetop is not ideal (old slow system) if you want to cook a lot. The location is perfect with a car, but without a car you are a bit far from everything.

It has a quiet location on the north, easy access to the main road, supermarket, salon, restaurant nearby, beautiful view to the shores and of course the Teide. Swimming pool is great, nice to have a little kitchen and a balcony. I had a very pleasant stay. Special thanks to Alberto for a very pleasant and warm welcome, providing good tips about the island and the facilities.

The place was fantastic - the view, the apartment, the facilities were all really great and more than what we expected (especially for the price). Everything was clean, the staff (not the hotel) were amazing, providing anything we requested. The apartment was well equipped for living there for a week

We arrived at 9.30 pm (1.5 hours later than planned) but were nevertheless very friendly and professionally received by Maria. Maria was easily accessible by phone and was able to speak to us fluently in both French and English. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Spectacular view from our terrace. Well equipped kitchen. Well-functioning WiFi. Nice swimming pools. Very democratic prices at the bar. But above all a very quiet place.

We loved the apartment 2023, very clean and spatious, very comfortable beds, great view to the ocean and to Teide, and very quiet!

It would be great to have a better restaurant inside the complex and parking spaces (I noticed that the restaurant on the street has two empty parking lots).
