Loved everything especially spacious and light room and it met our expectation. Staff were incredible. Downstairs in the lounge you'll be able to make a coffee/tea/hot chocolate. Location good as well.

Would be great if have any accessible - for example to able message on the phone to the staff (we're Deaf) as we did not realised that they do have a breaks in between the day and we had to wait nearby in the restaurant and while staff return back so we could check in.

I stayed in the top floor with the balcony which made my stay. It was clean and really the balcony was the highlight. Also super central! I would stay here again but this room only!

I couldn’t check in without calling for help as my booking was booked for 2 guests by mistake, though I was just one. This meant I couldn’t continue the screen until it was sorted on the back end. Also reception did not answer but the first number worked and the lady helped me though I had to call multiple times.

The room was made really special by the terrace we had to ourselves. That was extra useful as the loo is basically in the bedroom itself - but we knew that from other reviews. Location is excellent, simple entry system (in multiple languages), with no staff to be seen, except the wonderful cleaning team. Only found the breakfast room (in the cellar) after we'd bought our breakfast, so we'll know for next time.

The air vent was directly above the bed, which meant all the street noise was amplified on a night. Small price to pay for the price paid and location.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with a good en-suite bathroom. The location was the main positive. It was super easy to explore Ciutadella, there were lots of great restaurants nearby, and you could get to the beautiful harbour quickly!

Having no staff made it a bit more difficult to get help when it was needed. We needed to find out about leaving baggage past our check-out time and it was quite tough to get hold of staff to give information on this.

Very good location! The room is very nice and comfortable. Very clean. I really like the "navy" decoration. It is really worth it. I would book it again.

It would be worth investing in a silent door closing system, because the current one slams the door and most of the guests do not pay attention, so it can be noisy especially in the night

The bunk bed had no bars around it or slanted ladder so I found it very difficult to get up on, the mattress was coming down on top of me when I was trying to pull myself up but other than that it was nice would not recommend to anyone older unless you are happy sharing the bottom bed

The view from the terrace was great.

There was only one room with no doors between the toilet and the bedroom. But it was very romantic for a couple that want to get closer and closer.

it is super nice and the hotel is beautiful. I love the check in machine. It was so easy and handy for late night arrival. People were complaining about it but it was working fine for me. The location can’t be better.

Nothing except maybe I got the room near the entrance and people go in and out and the sound of the door slam is quite loud

Checking in on the machine was a nightmare. Very difficult and I was charged twice because of the difficulties with the check in machine which couldn't read my passport. However I was promptly reimbursed for the double payment.

The best location ever, cute and nice hotel. Very easy check-in and check-out.

The mattress not too comfortable, bedroom too small and I didn't like the location of my bedroom (ground floor next to the stairs)
