Great location, great decor. Very understanding staff. We arrived with some pretty wild weather and a delayed flight.and Pedro did everything he could to help

The location is great, right in the centre of Ciutadella. Rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Staff were amazing, it’s family run so they were all so friendly and willing to help with anything we needed.

The breakfast isn’t great and needs improvement. It’s only a small selection and isn’t appetising, it’s a shame because you can see how much effort is put in. But we decided to eat out in the town instead.

Fantastic central location, good breakfast. Beautiful modern bathroom. Pleasant little courtyard area for sitting outside. Room was comfortable, nice & quiet. Easy walk to port with lots of shops & bars/ restaurants on the doorstep.

Curtains were very fine gauze, so despite the fixed shutters, it was light from very early which woke us up. The floor in the bathroom was rather slippy when wet & up 3 steps, & I nearly had a nasty fall so older travellers be aware of this.

Such a beautiful hotel in a gorgeous building, superbly located for walking the old town and a wonderful host in Pedro. My wife and I will definitely return as we could only spend one night of our schedule at this lovely hotel. Our room was on the ground floor, all quality fittings and exceptionally clean. We had direct access to the internal courtyard and really enjoyed our short stay. Pedro greeted us upon arrival, was on hand should we have needed assistance and served up a nice breakfast in the smart dining room. We were able to use the free spaces at the nearby car park too, loved our stay, such a find! Thanks Pedro.

4 min walking fm the Port where we had excellent Calderetta for 27 euro pp. The host helped with the luggage . A special chair for people who cant manage the stairs as well as rooms on the ground floor. Ground floor rooms have vaulted stone ceilings that keep it cool.. good aircon. Good lighting

Google maps does no t work in the old city center just ask people on the street how to reach they are very friendly "suite"was just 1 nice sized room of about 20 m2. it was very nice but lacked a luggage rack and a 2nd chair so you don t have to sit on the bed

the property is central in the old town, some noise but not much. the attention to detail is superb, beautiful design throughout, stylish and comfortable. Pedro is the most hospitable person, very kind ensuring everything was perfect for us.

very little. I guess at a lush I’d say the courtyard is shaded which is great in warm weather but we visited in October and would’ve like the west sun, but there isn’t anywhere in the old town apart from the post that has late evening sun I think?

Lovely spacious room with good air conditioning, very little street noise. Comfortable bed with excellent wash facilities. Host very gracious and very helpful. Our host also helped with GF diet making sure I had options for breakfast.

We would of liked more hanging space in the room as the only rail in the room for clothes was in the shower room. Breakfast was nice very traditional but a bit basic, I would of liked a cooked egg option.

Amazing gem in the heart of the city with an extremely good value for money. Excellent communication with owner who suggested a free parking nearby (10' walk maximum)

Only a minor points: we were in Ciutadela during a rainy day and since the room we got (extremely nice) was at the street level, it has been really humid. We would suggest the property to improve the bathroom aeration systems in order to avoid excessive humidity during rainy days. This has been acceptable to us given the short stays (2 days) but for longer stays could be an issue.

The room is beautiful, the bathroom very stylish, the heater works well. The location is great at the center. I really appreciate how Pedro had wellcome me, explaining sith maps where to park my car.

I didn’t like the taste and the color of the tap water wondering if it was drinkable.

The room was really comfortable and simply but nicely decorated. Pedro was lovely and welcoming and the breakfast was all that you needed to set you up for the day. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city or getting buses to other parts of the island. We really enjoyed staying here and would absolutely recommend it to others!
