The location is amazing, right in the centre of Ciutadella. The bathroom is also spot on with a luxury shower!
The hotel is still in its early stages but there is no lift and the stairs are very narrow and challenging for people with mobility issues. Moreover, we booked a quadruple room for 3 people but there were only two beds with bedsheets on and we had to make the third bed ourselves

The location and the professionalism of Susana.
There is no reception and no breakfast option at all. It is very noisy, and very badly sound isolated. The 15 m² room was very small. The building is still getting finished, and is not really ready to fully receive customers. In one week they had to change twice our door locks and handles, at some point we could not even leave our room. The main entrance door could not close without being smashed, which would wake us up every time someone would leave the building at night..Lots of utilities and details are still either missing or malfunctioning. Overall, we felt this was closer to a poor Airbnb room than to an actual hotel.

This is not at hotel, it is a room in a cute building. There is no elevator and do not expect anyone to help you out with your suitcases as the reception is empty and the check- in process is done via WhatsApp (no information is provided regarding the check-out) . The place is unfinished, there is no WIFI, no one available at the front desk, no tissue box or slippers and towels are not changed on a regular basis , bed sheets are wrinkled and you will have to ask for extra toilet paper in addition to hand and body wash. No complimentary bottles of water and no bin in the room. If you do not leave the room before 12.00 they will not clean it. Be careful with the door handles as you can easily get locked, especially in the bathroom! In the morning expect to find construction workers around the property and some noise. Way too expensive for an inexistent service and unfinished place.
