4 days into our stay the evening dining rules changed and we were allocated the same table for dinner and had a choice of 2 sitting times ie 6pm to 7.30 or 8pm to 9.30. We found this very restrictive.

Everything went well! The pools were amazing. The Hotel beach area ideal and relaxing; The rooms were very comfortable with lovely sea views which we requested; Everything worked; Car parking was easy; The facilities in spa were very good and varied. This was an added bonus to our stay. We took advantage of the special treatment offers in the spa which were available. Morning yoga and meditation classes were starting on the Sunday after we left the hotel. This is a great idea! The setting is perfect and we hope to be able to participate during our next visit.

The fridges in the room were not that cold and could be updated. Perhaps some complimentary bottled water or water fountains available around the hotel.

The hotel is in a good position on the beach front . It’s best to go for a sea view room

The standard of house keeping has dropped from previous visits , the bed linen was not changed during our 10 day stay and the room and balcony was not cleaned as well as it could have been . The building is in need of freshening up ,paintwork and bathrooms especially.We have been to this hotel many times previously before lockdowns and had always been happy with our stay. Not quite so happy this time .

So idyllic. Paradise. Heated outdoor pool. Straight on to beach from hotel property. Huge variety at mealtimes. Beautifully presented food.

A few jets in thalasso Spa did not work. At breakfast time one had to queue for fresh bread which was delicious. Surely hotel could have put out another bread board and knife. I find it amazing that the maitre of hotel had not noticed this. Garden near breakfast terrace needs weeding and a few more flowering bushes would have been nice. I nearly volunteered for a job but I'm 80!

We got information about it could costs 25 eur extra for a week for WIFI in the room before we arrived. But when we were there it costs 25 eur per person, not for a room.

Everything. The location of hotel is fantastic, beautiful room with seaview, the foods are good and specially the restaurant staff, they are fantastic.

the rooms now desperately need an update we were there seven years ago and nothing has been updated if another were a bit worse for ware

Pool, beach, the size and cleanliness of the room, the food, the friendly staff

Very noisy at night as our room was near the entertainment lounge. We will get a different room next time.

it’s location is perfect right on the beach. Sea view room definitely worth it.

1. WiFi system in this hotel is terrible, only available in some areas of the lobby. You can buy WiFi to all areas including your room for €5 a day, this is per device. so a couple with a phone and an iPad would need €20 per day just for WiFi. 2. Information system is bad, no letter in the room about things to do and how things work. 3. having to pay for tea and coffee in you room is outrageous.

Food - dinner was super! Breakfast didn’t have so much choice a lot of sugar.

Hotel has seen better times. Guest are in average over 70. Rooms are old and used
