This lovely boutique hotel is located in an excellent spot! Close to the beach, close to shopping, close to the Old Town and train station , and all the lovely restaurants! The staff were very helpful and very professional. They answered all our questions and even let us use wine glasses and corkscrew to go on to the beautiful rooftop terrace and have our wine! Rooms for spacious, super clean, and very modern. Each room has a door with a Juliet balcony looking out into the street but the rooms were still incredibly quiet! I would highly recommend the hotel for all your stays in this beautiful seaside resort town!

I thought it exaggerated for Hotel Villa Victoria to ask guests to pay additional charges for tea and coffee that they can make themselves in the reception area. It is a little downside on what would otherwise have been an excellent experience. Even in the simplest discount hotels such as "Ibis budget" there are facilities in rooms and tea and coffee bags are made available free from additional charges so that guests can make themselves a cup of tea or coffee.

Superb location, really clean and good looking hotel. Really good service whenever you need. We would recommend as a good place to stay in San Sebastian. Internet (wifi) is really efficient, small fridge in the room (for the mini bar but you can pop in something in if necessary), really quiet street and real blackout blinds.

Not a big problem for us but the bathroom are really small. Maybe a sliding door would have been more convenient for the space. Breakfast is not what we are use to in Spain especially in this city recognised for the food. Minor change could improve the offering.

The location could not have been better. Close to the beach and the old town. Everything that you could want is within a five minute walk. The property itself is very beautiful , almost tucked away, everything was clean and orderly.

The only thing I can think of that I did not like was that there was a lack of curtain retainers. You get to your room and everything is perfect but then you want to open the windows to let air flow and light in only to find out that there is no way to retain the curtains. I can only speak for my room, and that was the case.

The location of the hotel was very good, central and near our train train station, as well as near to the beach and old town where most of the restaurants are situated. The hotel was stylish and well maintained . The bedroom was cleaned daily to a high standard. The breakfast was very good with hot freshly cooked options to order .

The bed room had hanging space but no drawers, so some clothing had to be kept in suitcases . A kettle in the room would have been great as there was no option to have a hot drink with out paying for a full breakfast. There were no TV channels in English .

There is no parking in the hotel. There is one across the street but it's quite expensive.

The hotel was really clean and very modern. The staff were very friendly especially the receptionist, Itsaso who made our stay with our baby so much easier. Nothing was any trouble for Itsaso who offered to heat up our baby food and book our tickets to Bilbao Airport. Great hotel with a great location!

As we have a baby, we often left the hotel room late and when we did, room service was missed for the day which is abit inconvenient.

Location was excellent and the hotel is spotlessly clean.

Due to roadworks it was very difficult to drive to the hotel. Nearby parking was expensive - 27 euros a day. Getting the tea and coffee was quite difficult. None in the room upon arrival and only 1 tea bag each day. Had to go to reception twice for teabags - tea must be very expensive in San Sebastián!

Hotel was very quiet. Room and hotel were very clean. Air conditioning worked great even as outside temperatures were 107 degrees F. Location was great, able to walk to the beach and to the old part of the city for all the restaurants. We ate at local restaurants for breakfast, half the price of the charge at the hotel, but they did not seem to mind.

The bed in the room could have been smaller - a double instead of a queen. The chairs were to low. Needed more hooks for towels.
