Good location . Just a short walk to the old town. Valet parking is wonderful . service from the reception staff was excellent. Breakfast was superb with a wide range of food selection and nicely presented . If you are a tea drinker then you will be in heaven as there are about 10 different types of tea leaves available with detailed explanation on where they all come from.. Shower is good with good pressure. Also a proper and powerful hair dryer is provided

Pillows were very springy and uncomfortable. Bed is too hard for my liking. Room decoration is very sparse and basic. The bar could provide some snacks to go with the drinks House keeping - perhaps they are understaffed. We went out for a day and the room still hasn’t been cleaned when we came back at 3.15 pm in the afternoon . We have to ask the room to be tidied up and cleaned. However. water bottles weren’t replenished afterwards

The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I have had in the world. There were a lot of varied and healthy options. The massage/masseuse was wonderful and relaxing. The building is beautiful.

The rooms could have been more luxurious and the gym could have been larger with improved air conditioning, but that being said, we were very happy with the rooms and the gym!

Beautiful hotel in a brilliant location. The room was very chic. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic - really amazing selection, very high quality.

The bathroom was open-plan to the bedroom, i.e. not completely private, which may put some people off. Whilst the breakfast was brilliant, there were vey few staff working and they seemed very stretched. Several items were empty and there was nobody around to refill.

The location and style of the property are great. The bar was comfortable and welcoming in the evening. We ate in the in-house restaurant and enjoyed our meal.

One of us would have liked some more conventional choices for breakfast, e.g. scrambled eggs. It was nice to have a balcony but the view was quite poor.

Beautiful hotel in a converted convent. The staff were really lovely and helpful and we definitely enjoyed our stay. It was close to the beach and a short walk to old town but just back enough from the main front so that it was quiet and safe.

Can't think of anything that caused any inconvenience - the gym was a little sparse as they only had one weight of each kg which made for an interesting workout! But can't imagine many other holidaymakers waste their time in a hotel gym when the beautiful beach awaits them

Although the breakfast was extraordinary in the way they present it, I preferred a bit less of this, just a normal buffet.

Enjoyed our stay here modern and comfortable - staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the old convent entry

Degustation dinner was a little underwhelming

Our room and size. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Excellent food. And particularly the reception staff and in particular the front door man, Manu.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but the stupidity of the road planners who shut St Martin the street where the hotel is located. Eventually the police on point duty let us through.

Room at front was a little noisy with early morning traffic..but was moved to back of building on request.

Andrea made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived , breakfast was superb, lovely building with loads of character .

We would have preferred fresh coffee made by staff as supposed to diy capsule coffee . The breakfast was otherwise exceptional
