Location - the street it is on, "Urbieta Kalea", is very convenient. Lots of places to eat within a few blocks. The main bus station, "Donostiako Bus Geltokia", is an easy (flat), 8-10 mins scenic walk (with luggage). You can also rent bikes one street away, on Reyes Catolicos Kalea, at LA BICICLETA DONOSTIA BIKE RENTAL. Hotel Staff - all very friendly and polite. Provided us with a convenient map, and several suggestions as to what districts to visit (food, shopping, museums, night life, surfing, etc.) Hotel Room - also great. We had a room overlooking the main street. The curtains were black-out, and the balcony doors offered very good soundproofing. Bed was super-comfortable, pillows likewise. Air conditioning was also excellent (we were able to keep the room at a nice 18 degrees celsius, in June/July). Furnishings - all very stylish, modern, clean.

Our room only had space for one large bag to be opened out (as when we travel, we tend to live out of the suitcases). To be fair to the hotel, the room did include lots of wardrobe space, should you choose to unpack your clothing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, we got a free upgrade of the room upon arrival. The hotel and rooms are clean, and was cleaned everyday. We didn’t have the breakfast, so I can’t comment on this. The room with enclosed balcony is definitely recommended. For us the location was perfect, 15 walk to the beach and 20 minutes to the old town. the area around the hotel was quiet and had a ecological supermarket, bakery and a normal small supermarket just next door. We would stay here again.

Tea or coffee facilities in the room

Location was fantastic. Short walk to the beach, which was fabulous. Room and bathroom were very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful with making plans and arranging transportation. Locked lobby, which was very pretty.

The only thing we wished it had was an outdoor garden area for coffee/breakfast. There was a good coffee shop right around the corner though. Other than that it was great all-around!

Best place to stay. Walking distance to beach. Handicaped rooms and shower.Very lovely staff, he offers to give a map, help you to get around best places to eat and snacks . Offer a glass or two Prosecco, coffe, tea, cold drinks like Pepsi, orange, lemon from 12-20 as much as you like. After check out, there is a shower room to use even. Check out is 12.Amazing. I really appreciate it. Opposite is a small Marché Carrefour, pharmacie near by, bakery with iberian ham sandwiches fresh made. Many coffee restaurants….

All facilities in room were well maintained. Spacious wardrobe with space to hang longer length clothes. Nice balcony looking onto the street below. Free drinks in mini bar on day of arrival which is a nice touch.

No coffee/tea facilities in room. There was a coffee lounge in the hotel where free hot and cold drinks were available but I think most guests would like to be able to have a hot drink in their own room.

Very smart, bijou, but clean and comfy room. Great facilities for a small space. Very calm atmosphere in the whole hotel. Great location.

The only downside was our room opened out to the part of the hallway facing two lifts and two other room doors, which meant it could be quite noisy at times.

Lovely new hotel, everything is spotless, comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff. Everything you could ask for! No complaints here, I enjoyed my stay and slept soundly. Will be coming back for sure. Thank you!

Nothing, all was great

The room was lovely and had a nice balcony to the street. Well presented and decorated. Super clean and a comfortable size. The mini bar drinks in the room are included and they offered me a courtesy welcome drink which was a nice touch. I wish I could've stayed longer.

Comfortable stylish hotel. Close to city centre and onto the old town. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Room was a little bit small. There was a slow draining shower sink. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the rooms.
