The property was fabulous! It was clean, well equipped (they had speakers, an iron, a kettle and a coffee machine in the room - we didn’t have to ask for anything!), the location is fantastic it’s a very short walk from the beach, pincho bars and the train/bus station and most importantly the service is spectacular. The staff was extremely kind and helpful and the hotel offers everything you need including a sauna and gym which was a huge plus!

There was nothing I disliked but I was not aware that the breakfast was not a buffet. I don’t recall reading this anywhere but could definitely be an error on my part. I would say that there could be some improvement in the egg dishes for breakfast as I felt they lacked a bit of flavour.

Everything about our stay here exceeded expectations: the location was superb and the staff was incredible. The team was super helpful, spoke excellent English and had a good sense of humor all around. They were able to get us into the restaurant, Narru, on our arrival - we felt so lucky to have such fantastic Michelin-quality food in our lobby! The hotel is super chic - wood and stone with dark accents. I was very skeptical about the shampoo & conditioner bars (I have big curly hair), but they worked well and smelled great. The staff recommended a few spots for a pinchos tour and one of the locations had a wifi issue and we couldn't pay.. when we got back to the hotel and told the GM Raul, he said the restaurant was one of his favorites and he knew the owner and would handle the payment for us. Above and beyond!!!

Location was so perfect, in the heart of San Sebastian’s prime shopping with a wide range of retail choices and near a Catholic Church. While we arrived two hours from our notice of arrival (we advised 1900H but we arrived by 2130H), Oihana excellently managed our request for rooms beside each other and Valet assist thru Gorka was absolutely amazing. Check-in was a breeze and for tired travellers like we were at the time, these superb customer/guest perks were indeed refreshing! Room Service was held open beyond closing so that we can be served with delicious Basque choices!

While Narru - their only outlet remains to be very popular among tourists and locals, Asians like us with early dinner requirements (1800H-2000H) had to adjust to the restaurant’s aperitif and dinner hours. We also feel breakfast and dinner menu choices can stand some adjustments. A top service lady Bakartxa was outstanding for daily breakfast - she did all possible to adjust to two seniors like my husband and me plus our son’s family’s requirements. Adrian and Gorka at Reception were excellent in their demeanor and helpful ALL the time! Use of screen mirroring via tablet to connect content apps with the guestroom TV was a challenge but oh wow if we can do it like the millenials, so can other senior grand moms and grand pops!

The personnel at the hotel are top notch. They were so friendly and helpful and made the hotel feel like home the three nights we stayed. We had one issue regarding our room and they more than made it right by us (with great follow up by the manager, who came in on a Saturday). Excellent location and very comfortable beds.

We were a bit disappointed by the on-site restaurant. Made to order breakfast could have been better, so we elected not to eat there after our first day. We also were shuttled to a back area of the restaurant while diners not affiliated with the hotel seemed to get window seats. We had one dinner, and it was our opinion that there are better choices in the city for dinner as well. Also no pintxos available at the bar - at least that was what we were told.

We loved this hotel, it exceeded all expectations. The room rate was so reasonable I did think the pictures might not be accurate, but they were, in fact I think the hotel was better than the pictures. The reception staff were amazing, my friend had ALOT of questions and they answered everything and sorted lots of stuff out for us! The rooms were big and the bed was very comfy and very big. Loved the concrete type bathrooms. The smell on our floor was just divine, wish I could have it pumped around my house! We will definitely go back to San Sebastian as we loved it and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Great location and felt very safe. Thank you for everything

Absolutely nothing we loved everything about it

The location of this hotel is excellent. On the border of the old town in a nice area, everything you want to see is in walking distance. Valet parking is very convenient and worked well, whenever we needed our car it was waiting for us in front of the hotel. Staff is very friendly and always available. The interior design is great, from entrance, lobby, rooms, it's all perfect. The main great find was their restaurant Narru where we spend several lunches and dinners with great food and wines and very professional and friendly staff.

There is nothing to dislike in this hotel. I'm so happy I made the right choice for our stay in beautiful San Sebastian.

Super helpful and friendly staff at the front desk, also the concierge was very kind. The parking service is a great plus. The room was very clean, spacious and comfy, great location to explore the city.

We got 2 rooms however the basic room has only one window facing lightwell (a wall basically) of the hotel, sometimes the smell of the food from the restaurant downstairs came in. Overall, these things didn't provide the best feeling so definitely recommend people to take a better room with city view. Otherwise the hotel is great!

The room corridor was more than enough space. Bed was super comfortable like we didn't want to leave, modern facilities with sustainable and creative soaps. The room gives an experience of staying in future with nature atmosphere at the same time. All services were awesome.

I didnt liked the room doesn't had balcony nor window to open, quite feels blocked. From the soap, I hope the hotel change the hair conditioner soap as like lotion bottle, it wasn't comfortable to use as solid soap due to not enough soap bubbles. The complimentary water is only for one person.

beautiful hotel in great location, amazing bed, so comfortable and great design generally. great restaurant too, we ate there on the day of check out and loved it.

nothing to dislike. it’d be great to have a spa and pool but everything that is there is beautifully finished so nothing to dislike. all of the staff in the front desk and restaurant were great. the WhatsApp function to message front desk at other times is a great idea and they were super helpful with taxi and restaurant bookings too. we found the staff in the bar and on the terrace less friendly and one was quite abrupt on our first day when we asked to sit out there rather than at the bar but in general everyone was great.

Excellent location, excellent staff.. A difference has been created from hotel decoration to staff outfits... we loved both. Chek in / check out was very convenient, there is not even a banko, a friendly staff working with a lap top on a "well designed" wooden table at the entrance... Sauna and fitness area were also very clean and sufficient.

Construction nearby was unsympathetic but nothing to do... hope it doesn't take long But we found it a bit pricey... was usual.
