We stayed in double room with balcony. Room was very clean, bathroom was a little bit small. The location was just superb, it was in the middle of center, 300-400 meters away from the beach and old city. The staff was very welcoming, gave some tips about city. The walls very a little thin, but it didn't bother us, overall very pleased with our stay.

The wifi in our room in some places was not that good, so if you need high speed, you must be in a certain location )). Also there was a frequent noise which we didn't figure out from where was coming, at first we thought it was from AC but no. Overall it didn't have any negative impact on our stay

The room was very thoughtfully equipped. There was a microwave and fridge in the room as well as cutlery, plate and a cup. They don't serve breakfast, so this was perfect for having your own snack in the room. Waterkettles and teabags were accessible for everyone in the reception area. The room also consisted of little to store container to make it easier to sort out your stuff. Very handy.

The only downside was that the rooms were not very soundproof. My neighbour had a shower at 1am and also the noise of the toilet flush next door woke me up several times. So please bring earplugs and all will be super then!

Perfect location, very clean room, upon arrival the friendly lady at reception was providing tips on what to do since it's my first time in the city, dog-friendly (only 5 euros per dog per day, even would have provided bowls and beds if needed), comfortable bed, discount with local parking (information on parking was provided beforehand, there are several options). There is a supermarket almost next door, so the mini fridge came in handy too! At reception you can get hot water for tea or coffee as well.

House rules clearly asks people to try and be quiet after 22.00, which makes sense since you can hear everything inside the building (windows seem to be soundproof though! Ideal!). Unfortunately, when I was there, this was only partly adhered to. So if you're a light sleeper, you may want to bring air plugs just in case!

Stayed here on and off for about 2 months while on a work contract. Hands down best value for money you will find -- clean, comfortable, friendly staff.

Walls are paper thin. You can hear word for word what people say in the hallway and in the next room, you can even hear a phone vibrate. It is very annoying. Earplugs recommended.

On arrival we were made very welcome and Juan provided loads of excellent information on sights, places to eat and finding our way around. It was great that large beach towels were provided - a wonderful extra. The room had a microwave, kettle and fridge.

The bathroom towels were rather thin. It was rather noisy if the window was open as we were located close to the loading area for the market.

I defenitely would recommend to all my friends who want to travel to sebastian this hotel! When i just arrive the hotel, the staff was very friendly and explained all the things that we should know about this city and very entusiastic to introduce all the tourist spots in this beautiful city. When i enter in the room, i was speechless, it has the level of five stars! All the furnitures are like the new ones and very good smell, with a big window and a small balcony where you can see the view of the street. Equipped with a microwave oven and a regrigerator! Apart from these, there are also kithenware for two which i can eat my breakfast with my friends! Also they offer free hot water, free breads,free tea bag and coffee! What a hotel! I have to recommend to all of you! Come here and you will enjoy it!

I have nothing to complain,everything is just soooo perfect!

Just about everything! From the wealth of information and updates prior to arrival, the exceptionally friendly and informative, young guy, ( sorry can't remember his name), who checked us in, the location right in the heart of the city but not noisy, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, great shower, little fridge and microwave, together with access to tea/coffee making facilities. This place is a little gem 💎, great value for money, will definitely stay again and highly recommend it for a short stay.

The only thing was the rooms would benefit from air conditioning or a fan. It was very warm overnight.

La Perla was so well located in walking distance to the new and old town. The staff were really friendly and helpful and car parking in a public car park close by worked very well. We had a small separate seating area which was good for relaxing. It was quiet at night as all the shops in the precinct are closed.

The bathroom in particular was petite but we were able to manage.

Beautiful location near Cathedral and close to Bude luze (best breakfast place in the city!) Enough out of old town to be quiet and cheaper more local pintxos bars near on other side of the cathedral. Lots of light Very clean, beach towels available which was a nice touch, smooth operation all round

We loved this Pension. The location was the main selling point for us as it’s right in the city center. The San Sebastián Cathedral is right next door, shops, grocery store, restaurants, cafes, beaches etc… We mostly walked everywhere. The room itself was a little small but sufficient. No AC but we had a powerful Dyson fan that was enough since we had pretty cool weather while we were there. All in all I would definitely stay here again.
