The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived in the middle of the morning but they soon made a room available for us even though check-in wasn't until 15:00. Communication between the hotel and us was excellent before we arrived. There is a bus stop just outside and you can get to and from the centre of Bilbao quickly and easily for E1.50 each way.

Food in the evening was only a pizza from the freezer so this might be a problem if you arrive late. We ate out in Bilbao.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful particularly Alberta, helping us with taxis and the like. Car parking was at the rear of the hotel and free. We booked here as we had to drop a hire car off at Bilbao airport the following morning. Compared to other airport hotels it was relatively cheap (€145) for 3 people.

The rooms are a little 'tired' particularly the bathroom. The shower head had been badly positioned over the bath and shot water beyond the screen onto the bathroom floor. This was evident by the swollen door frame and flooring such that the door wouldn't shut. The only way round it was to take the showerhead off the holder and turn round, washing one-handed. The air con really struggled with the 36 deg heat, virtually non-existent. On a Monday night no where is open to eat which entailed a trip into Bilbao by taxi.

Staff was really kind, helpful an professional. We got a new room with larger bed free of charge. Breakfast was a buffet, and we didn't leave hungry from that! You can easily get to Bilbao by bus and train. There's a bus stop at the doorstep of the hotel, and a train stop at the other side of the road.

We didn't really enjoy the sorroundings, except for the restaurant just around the corner, which was really great!

The romantic feel of the view, how they managed to keep it old school, yet clean and new. The marble staircase and wooden slides, the big room with comfy bed and nice bathroom. Staff nice and accommodating. You can have a drink in the premises. The price is ok, regarding high seasons and the wxorbitant prices in Bilbao and around.

Parking for the clients is not well signaled.

The stuff was super friendly and helpful. I didn't expect much from a 6 euro breakfast, so was pleasantly surprised as it had everything you would expect, quite enjoyed it. We only stayed one night as been travelling around, but the hotel met the expectations.

Pretty comfy hotel. Reasonable distance away from the Bilbao international airport, which was the main reason I stayed here overnight

There is no minibar in the room to get something small in the middle of the night. Had to go downstairs to the automatic dispenser...

Location close to airport and great access if you fly early or late night. Staff was very attentive and helped us with some crockery to have food at room.

Need renovation in rooms. Seems out dated furnishing and beds.

Personnel at reception were very friendly. There is a bus stop right in front of it where you can catch a bus to the city centre.

No shuttle bus to the airport. Not many attractions nearby.

Maybe the price due to high season, shower was a bit outdated (still a bathtub) and no gel/soap on the shower area (but there was on the toilet area).

It has no restaurant and is not located near any restaurants ,maybe because it was October? Luckily I had eaten in bilbou before I arrived .its all industrial business around it ,a bizarre place to have such a lovely hotel
