First of all, the staff (two gentlemen and a lady) are EXTREMELY helpful (the main reason why I give a higher grade than the current one), but also the position very close to the center are the hotel's strengths. The nearby parking (underground garage) offered by the hotel is also useful. Possibilities to serve meals in the area (cheap or expensive). The room was a good size, but with a view of a wall (you didn't know if it was day or night), and the light bulbs were like the refrigerator.

The beds were comfortable, and the room size was fine for a 3-star. The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed things like taxis. We were also a big family and needed rollaway beds, which were also comfy, even for an adult. Breakfast was a wide variety of foods and very tasty.

The hotel was a little further than expected from historic areas but not unmanageable. The elevator was working but made us suspicious of using it because of how it operated. The room had a sewage smell when we arrived and was overly warm. The only way to cool it down was the window because the HVAC was set to heat only.

The hotel is in a convenient location, near the metro / tram but only a 10 minute walk from the cathedral area (and a bit further to the Alhambra.) The hotel was extremely well run and properly organised. There was a big dining area, and I opted for the breakfast one morning, which was very good - a lot of choice for 9 Euros. The people on reception were helpful and friendly, the staff looking after the rooms were friendly and cleaned the room each day. The whole place seemed to be professionally run.

Nothing. It was just what I needed and if I go back to Granada at any point I would try to book a room there again.

When you are traveling to a foreign country, it is incredibly appealing not to have to worry about one of your meals. The breakfast (buffet) was SOLID and well worth the 9 euros. It was ready to go at 7:00 AM as promised. And, although we would have been able to use their parking, we didn't have to. We were able to park on the street for free! The front desk was helpful in getting around on the day we were out and about.

Communication from our room to the front desk was difficult. No one answered the phone. This happened on 2 different occasions. Our safe did not work. We exchanged the batteries, thinking this was the issue, but it wasn't.

The rooms were comfortable and the hotel is located close to the train station and a short walk from most of the major monuments in Granada. The breakfasts in the morning (not included with the cost of the room) were a good value (€9 as of November, 2023) considering the food options. They also let me leave my luggage at the front desk on the day I checked out so that I wouldn't have to go find a luggage storage service/locker. Overall 10/10 experience.

I mainly chose this hotel because it was close to train station and because it had breakfast included. The room was clean with window to fresh air but not to street. The breakfast was ok. 1,2 vegetables would be great to add. I recommend this hotel.

It is at 30,40 minutes by foot to Alhambra. Granada is on a hill. For Albaicin/Sacromonte/Alhambra you have to climb and be in good physical shape :) or you can take the small buses C30-C34. They will take you wherever you want.

Close to the city center, you can walk to many places. The room was very spacious and very clean. Plenty of shops, restaurants and parking lots around.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing - mostly meat and sweet (unhealthy) stuff... It woud be great to add something more for vegetarians (like at least tomatoes!).

The people on the reception are very kind and their service is good. I have a feeling like I’m at home or in a good family. The hotel is located very close to the center and all historical places. They have good breakfast and dinner rooms clean and the hotel is definitely worth the money.

The hotel is close to the city center, could easy visit all amenities by walking. A little bit problem to park car near the hotel, the paid parking is around 18 euro per night. Breakfast was ok, maybe lack of vegetables is not OK.

A little bit dated hotel, but nothing crucial
