The location on the cathedral square cannot be better. The hotel is in an expertly adapted and renovated fine historic building with a remarkable Art Nouveau façade, perfectly maintained. Spacious, nicely appointed, immaculately clean rooms. The front rooms command a great view on the square and cathedral. Breakfast was fine, a good choice of tasty food served in a charming interior - feels almost like being a guest in a family house.

The hotel is within a pedestrian-only area (which is good, noise-wise). One can drive a car conveniently close to the hotel, but finding this place may be tricky. Enquire in detail in advance if you are coming by car.

The Hotel is newly renovated and opened just two month. It has a perfect location for exploring the old city of Las Palmas. The rooftop bar is also amazing.

In some processes and procesures you recognize that the hotel just opened and as well the staff is not fully intp everything but I assume that will improve over time. Thd breakfast was a bit disapointing for that kind of Hotel and price. Could have been more classier than serving ham and cheese out of the standard supermarket goods.

The location is perfect to discover local “old town” life — classy architecture, fantastic views of the city, and you can find sth to eat at any time of the day. The hotel’s building has more than 100 years of history and the interior brings out the best of it. The room was on the 3rd floor and was very quiet and super cozy. Beautiful wooden doors and windows 😍 The roof top terrace has made this stay exceptional. Breakfast was delicious. Staff is super friendly, helpful and speaks good English :) I hope to be back! Late check out option would be more convenient for online business meetings. But the fact that it was quiet inside, and that the roof top cafe opened at 3 pm on Monday, gave me alternative for privacy so I can’t really complain :)

Wow, what an amazing place and fantastic stay. This building is stunning, the renovation is sympathetic to the history of the building which is in a beautiful square in an old town full of cobbled streets, lovely buildings and great museums. The reception at the hotel were so so helpful, passionate and friendly. They gave us some great tips and helped us to get so much out of our stay. I love the old town, the casa de colon museum was a particular treat and the cathdral is lovely. The room was comfortable and beautiful with lovely high ceilings, nice beds and complimentary water/tea/coffee/toiletries. A fridge.nice linen. Absolutely incredible value for money. Despite being in a square it is peaceful and not noisy but close to everything. Stunning views too. I could go on and on. Well done to this hotel- great building, great facilities, great location and amazing staff.

The room , the location and the view

On the check in one of the female reception staff made my husband feel quite uncomfortable by lecturing him and questioning him why he doesn't speak much Spanish as we live in the Canary Islands. She also mentioned that she asks all the Spanish residents from the UK the same question. This is not appropriate and we recommend that she stops doing it as the face of the business. I'm sure she didn't mean anything bad by it but we felt embarrassed being lectured in front of our 11 year old daughter and the other member of staff. She did apologise to my husband after I mentioned the situation. She was polite and helpful with everything else but this was a shame...

The location, for those more interested in the old city versus the beach, and staff and cleanliness where very good. As always, the people and the life style are really unique. Friendly people who live life to the max.

The beds where actually two single beds pushed together, vs a true queen sized bed for a couple. Each was separately made. The buffet breakfast was, I think, very overpriced for what was offered, with better and cheaper alternatives in the restaurants nearby. To clarify, I have been to LP many times, since I have family there.

Excellent finish to the rooms and staff were excellent.

Fantastic location, beautifully appointed room, roof top terrace and - whilst not cheap - was good value for money given what was on offer. And, of particular note was the fantastic receptionist on Thursday evening (sorry, didn't catch his name) who saved the day and helped me contact home when my phone was broken. ¡Muchas gracias señor!

Nothing - it was perfect.

The location was perfect and the roof bar was exceptional. The staff and the drinks were fantastic. Loved the Nespresso machine in the room and the complimentary water. We came early and it was no problem to leave our luggage in reception.

Breakfast was Ok, but by the time we came for the late sitting the eggs and sausages were almost finished and cold. That would really be our only complaint.
