A wonderful hotel. 3 different pools, excellent food, and very friendly staff. It is by the ocean and has its own access to the beach. The hotel is pretty spacious.

We absolutely loved this hotel and we have high standards. it’s a large site so never feels too busy , grounds and inside are fantastic and always presented so nicely, staff outstanding with the cleaning team working so hard every day to make the rooms like new , one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in our any hotel. a special hotel and we will be back soon we hope. thank you

The only slight issue could be people reserving sun beds early in the morning and then not using them until much later or not at all. This is more about the guests than the hotel.

I liked the hotel staff, layout, location and facilities.

I didn't like having to pay €25 to use the safe in my room and I didn't like being refused a late check out despite offering to pay.

The hotel is secluded but a short walking distance to dunes, beach, shopping and hospitality outlets. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well kept, a true oasis. Swimming pools are pleasant places to spend time with plentiful sun loungers and waiter service. Dinner and breakfast buffets are bounteous and of good quality; dinners in the specialty restaurants were particularly well presented and good value. Rooms are quiet and comfortable, beds good and bathrooms spacious. Staff are unfailingly polite and attentive, they are well-managed, efficient and energetic. Live musical entertainment every night, middle-of-the-road but professional.

Bathroom towels are thin and the toiletries provided are not very classy. Sun loungers are plentiful but not as comfortable as one would like, they need upgrading. The daily charge of €5 to use the room safe is unusual and unwelcome.

Stunning gardens, immaculate throughout. Great location next to beach and restaurants. Rooms were spacious and really well equipped.

We stayed with our 4 year old son who absolutely loved the pool but we were definitely the minority with children. They were very strict around the pools with no inflatables and keeping sun beds in certain positions etc and it was very quiet. The entertainment in the evening was also very aimed towards older adults with classical style music etc. we ended up going out of the hotel in the evenings as it wasn’t suitable for children. Had we been there as a couple it would have been perfect but it should not advertised as a family hotel and would only recommend to adults only. A shame as the hotel and everything about it was beautiful.

Great hotel, we really enjoyed our stay. Fantastic food, with a huge variety at the buffet (we stayed half board). Staff friendly, room very clean and nice - we had a great view of the sea. Pools were nice and clean, big enough to get a decent swim in. Easy access direct to beach from hotel. Bus station nearby, regular buses to most of the island direct. Bar area comfortable, live music every night, cocktails and gins reasonable price for a hotel. Lovely area to relax after dinner. Hotel is immaculate, nice manicured garden area for a very short stroll, regularly parakeets in the trees. Can't fault anything really about the hotel, staff and food.

Seems mad to add a few euros to your bill for pool access, when already paid a couple of grand!! Just annoying...
