Amazing stay and we are definitely coming back soon for another chilling at the beach kind of vacation! The weather there is amazing all year round and this place is a small oasis in the middle of the dune with a door that opens straight to the beach! It is the best option at Gran Canaria imho :) Thank you so much TenSuites, me and my husband are recharged to get back to our lives in NLD.

The only downside personally for me was the side room, it had the best view but was also the closest to the generator/air conditioning unit. So when sleeping with the windows open (which is the best considering you can hear the sea), you can also hear the buzz from the generator and air conditioner. But I would definitely come back, so this is a very minor disadvantage.

Top location at the beach is amazing. interior modern and stylish (which can make it sometimes difficult to master the high-tech light switches :). Great beach view from the terrace, especially for breakfast. Staff was helpful, kind and always tried hard (even though sometimes a bit disorganized). Departure was a bit complicated by a Marathon, all roads closed, nobody really knew how to get out for the airport. Barbara was most helpful, showed us the way to the taxi stand and briefed the driver. Also during the entire stay Barbara rocked the place! Worth the extra mentioning.

Can be a bit noisy at night due to the tractor flattening the sand each night. The hotel itself is ambitious but doesn't meet it's standards promised at the web page. "we offer you all the services you would expect from a larger luxury hotel". the standards are far off what to expect in the luxury segment. Staff needs training and guidance. There seems a large turnover. Service quality very much dependend on who is in charge that day. Cleanliness and room service can be improved (used glasses not changed, some days no water refill, sandy floor at the terrace). The promised Sushi dinner option was available one night, after that, the chef was gone. Did not find "Room service through our self-service portal". Anyways, all not dramatic, just not the promised standards of luxury hotels.

If you are looking for a best place for a romantic and comfortable stay in Maspalomas (or even in whole Gran Canaria) - do not look any further. Tensuites is a new place, located just by the beach but a bit away from the crowds and noise. The restaurants and shops are just a few steps away. There are only ten rooms what makes the place kind of a private oasis. Five of them (the bottom ones) have private sunbeds to chill by or even - in the pool ! The top floor apartments have the very nice ocean view. The rooms are clean, very well equipped. The whole place is designed and furnished with taste in a "modern but still cosy" manner. The food and service are great. There is a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy your meals, drinks and the ocean view. The staff is superfriendly. You can tell at the first glimpse that owners are passionate about their job. One of the best places for the romantic gateway or leisure I have ever been to. If you have a chance - book immediately, because The Tensuites will soon be fully booked for a looooong time for sure !

Modern, well equipped with some really useful technology. A phone app for grounds access and the room was a great relief from having to remember your key. Fabulous breakfast on the roof terrace with amazing service and the best view ever. Probably the best location of any accommodation on the island.

Very minor, but the fridge in the room is a little too small to keep consumables especially in climate where anything resembling food needs to be in the fridge to keep the "critters" out.

The location, along with the hosts, staff, and all the facilities exceeded my expectation in all regards. The villa is newly opened, and the rooms are furnished with exquisite furniture, fittings, and smart lighting. It offers a tranquil vibe, yet very luxurious and pristine. The swimming pool, the external lobbies, the bar, and the sea-view terrace (where you will have the meals) offer a unique feeling, like being at home, but still being treated highly friendly. The space is extremely clean, highly positive-vibed, and at night if you leave the balcony slightly opened you will hear the sea waves as meditative music to your ears. I had one of the best stays in my life. And I am super grateful to TenSuites.

Everything was excellent. There isn't even a slight remark.

Location was excellent and property was very clean. Staff were lovely. Room was really nice with very comfortable bed!

Nothing really. We had a problem with our air conditioning when we arrived which the staff seemed to know about but hadn’t told us hence we spent a long time trying to get it to work followed by a hot night BUT the staff gave us a fan the next day and couldn’t do enough to sort out the problem which was sorted the following day so all good!

Visited 2 years in a row for my birthday and I am happy to do that next year also. The accommodation is excellent. I like the staff, they are helpful and pleasant. We forgot to bring back home a piece of luggage and they posted it back to Ireland and asked for nothing in return. Thank you 😊

It was perfect

The location is unbeatable. You are right on the beach, 1 min walk from the room. :) The breakfast as a whole is such a nich experience (when there is no strong wind). It is served on the roof top terrasse and a la carte. No stress of getting the best table or missing your favorite food. Just enjoy the breakfast with peace and watching happy people passing by. Another advantage is that most events happen on the side of the big resorts so on this side it is very very quiet. The snacks for the daytime are very good too. The personels are all very friendly and ready to help and to meet your special wish.

The pool room(downstairs) can be a bit warm during the hot hours of the day (March 2023). We could feel the humidity. We prefer to have fresh air, did not use the AC so cannot say much. Room is a bit small. And there is not enough space to put clothes. So we just left our suitcases on the floor and live out of suitcases. "Do not disturb" sign cannot be read during the daytime because of the brightness of the sunlight. (But it is very easy to tell the room service lady in person. Very friendly).

We stayed in Tensuites for a week in February. It is a small (10 rooms) hotel very close to beach. It is a very 'personal' stay, quite unlike the large hotels nearby. Breakfast is usually taken on the top deck and the staff are very attentive and pleasant. There are 2 main room types - lower floor with direct pool access and upper floor with view. I think the seaview one would be my choice but my wife preferred the lower one with direct pool access. The location is perfect with easy beach access and short stroll to the high quality restaurants of Maspalomas. The staff are great, breakfast perfect and rooms clean and fresh. We intend to come here again next year for our winter sun week - this is how highly we regarded this place. Highly recommended. Another thing - the main bus depot beside Faro lighthouse is a short walk away so just get the bus from the airport (number 66 or 90) at 4euro each. Perfect place for couples who want somewhere nice to stay in a peaceful setting.
