The views were great, only a 7 minute walk to 'Europe Center' filled with restaurants, bars, shops, bus/taxi spot. A 10-15 minute walk down to the beach with beach front restaurants. There is small restaurant at the pool offering a variety of foods at reasonable prices. The staff were all very nice and helpful. There is a very small store at the reception area where you can pick up some essentials, snacks, drinks, etc. The whole facility was clean. They also have a mini golf course (free to use) and ping pong table.

Comfortable spacious apartment, bed & corner sofa. Good size terrace with sea view. sun beds, table and chairs. Some upgraded apartments have a 2 person Jacuzzi on their terrace. Well equipped kitchen, but no oven. Dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid &sponge provided. Shower room with bidet and hand soap and shower gel provided. Free use of a communal washing machine & dryer on each floor. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer in every apartment. Heated pool and sun beds and a pool side restaurant which closes at 18:00. Daily maid service provided. Parking is free. There are lifts for easy access. Reception area has a small supermarket for essentials. Other supermarkets and bus services are close by, but a car is recommended. Small mini golf area on-site. Also table tennis table, A reasonable gym is on-site and a small children’s play area. Amadores beach is 10 minutes walk down the hill and it has numerous restaurants.

Terraces overlook each other so not too much privacy and noise carries easily, so can be noisy if people are out on their terraces, or by the pool as the terraces also overlook the pool. Some limited noise from neighbouring resorts when they use their loud speakers. However, we enjoyed our stay in spite of this.

The apartment was fantastic.. massive sun terrace and jacuzzi. Immaculately clean and views were breathtaking with unbroken sunshine from sunrise to sunset. Receptionists all speak very good English. There's a small onsite shop which sells all the essentials and is supermarket prices. The Europa centre is only 10min walk (first 3mins up hill) and there's dozens of bars and restaurants there. Or keep walking and follow the road downhill to main Puerto Rico centre where there's even more bars and restaurants. But you will definitely need a taxi back which is €7. You can also walk down to Amadores Beach and there's a courtesy bus back. (But I heard the sunbeds are ridiculously expensive). Or walk to Puerto Harbour and get a water taxi to Puerto Mogan. This is a must.. its a gorgeous little fishing village. And will fill an afternoon browsing.. Will definitely return to this complex.. 10/10

The walk up the hill as soon as you step out of the complex.. only lasts approx 3-5 mins, but its flat again after that..

The location was very convenient (shortened path to the beach, everything in walking distance), free parking, big and comfortable rooms, amazing pool area and pool bar. There was also a little store in a hotel to buy groceries.

The biggest downside was a jacuzzi. We paid a bigger price for 1 room with a jacuzzi but were not able to use it - we got into it one evening and our bodies had blue stains all over it. It looks like it was painted on the top of original paint and is now dissolving. We also got stuck in the elevator and the hotel staff were not able to get us out however we were lucky to receive help from maintenance services pretty soon (30mins).

Only arrived back last night and felt it was important to leave this review. This was by far the best family holiday we have had in a long time. The apartments were spotless, a great size and had everything we could need for our holiday. The cleaners work so hard to keep the rooms and place so clean and tidy at all times. The reception staff were amazing so kind and friendly nothing was too much of a problem to them. The pool area again spotless and a lovely temperature for this time of year. The pool bar food, drinks and staff we just amazing and so friendly we spent nearly everyday of our holiday here. Thank you so much for the best 2 weeks we will see you all next year….. Our apartment was beautiful, you can tell a lot went into making these Apartment's comfortable for people to stay in . Air conditioning, lovely big pool area, and small pool for children. It has a bar and serves tasty food..There is alao gym area. On site, there is a communal washing machine and tumble dryer.... We also had our own patio with table & chairs and 2 loungers....you can also avail of an apartment with a jacuzzi.. Lovely friendly staff alway at hand... Definitely will stay here again ... Thankyou for making my holiday special 💕

Nice room not far from the pool. Quiet area, free on-site parking. Nice heated seawater pool and great baby pool.

We have stayed at this property for the last 6 years a few times a year, this time a few things were noticeable that took away from the comfort offered earlier. During a 7 day stay, our bedsheets were never changed though room service is 5 days a week. Access to the sauna and gym was restricted while it was open before. The pool bar has changed management and now does not open until 10am so not fit for breakfast or a coffee in the morning. Also, front gate was locked a few times during daytime.

Absolutely everything. The apartment was well equipped and a great size and very clean we also had the jacuzzi on the balcony which was amazing after a day sunbathing .Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the food at the pool bar reasonably priced and tasty the pool area was immaculate. There is a small shop by reception which is well stocked and convenient. You are about 10/15 minute walk to the Europa Centre up the top and about the same to Amadores beach. We will definitely be back 😊

Loved this hotel. Receptionist welcoming and helpful. Cleaners did a wonderful job with a smile. The pool restaurant staff were fantastic, nothing too much trouble and always with a smile. Food delicious and very well priced. Apartment was fabulous - 2 large bedrooms with lots of storage. Well equipped kitchen, dining table, and large comfy sofa. Free safe. Huge balcony with table and chairs, 4 sun loungers and a hot tub - unfortunately hot tub wasn't great needs replaced but didn't spoil the holiday.

Only issue was hot tub needs replaced.
