Great rooms. Nice quiet location

Room / apartment was large and really nice with everything needed in there. Balcony was also decent size. Hotel was beautiful with two amazing pool areas and the location was great. Just around the corner from supermarket, pharmacy and loads of pubs. Food was really good, great selection every meals and all staff was very friendly. Loads of books in the lobby in many different languages.

AI drinks only from 10:30-22:30. Could be more vegetarian options in the buffet.

They were trying to charge me €50 deposit for something called "just in case" something happen.

The staff were extremely friendly. Rooms very comfortable. Lots of choice at meal times and 2 pool areas had ample sun loungers. Europa Centre literally 30 seconds walk from the hotel and small shopping centre located at apartments next door

Food was generally only luke warm at meal times. Seems like it was put out well in advance of buffet opening.

Nice little hotel, clean rooms, nice breakfast, good selection everyone can find something depending on what you like. Staff was very friendly, especially lady behind the desk, can’t remember name, short blond hair, beautiful smile. Very helpful and always very friendly.

It’s far from the beach, impossible walking distance down the hill especially when is 30 degrees.

The apartment was clean and tidy and the food was great also all of the staff were very friendly and helpful will definitely be back again and the drag act was absolutely brilliant thank you for an amazing stay at this hotel

We like everything in that hotel .how it's been located .how it's been build in the top hill with fantastic view.also kitchen restaurant quality. Meals were absolutely fantastic dlikeelicious.Facilities.apartament clean practical supply with everything needed in detail.souranding of the hotel with easy access to the shops and bars with children entertainment like playground mini golf etc. The nearest beach . The most beautiful in Gran Canaria Playa Amadores. We truly recommend enjoying stay at Ura NIDA del Aguila.

The cleanliness and staff were very helpful the complex is very well looked after

The pools are not accessible for dissabled people, so they need to have safe steps and a hand rail not just ladders to access the pool

Lucky with weather, next to europa center, amadoras beach beautiful, but a bit of a walk, taxi advisable, definitely coming back, beautiful scenery, nice lay out of hotel, friendly staff, 2 pools

Not fussy but the food was a bit cold, plenty breakfast to choose from, but evening meal was OK but soon ran out, plenty cooking stuff if self catering, or europa center 2 mins walk away with plenty bars, restaurants, supermarkets, would we stay again? yes definitely

Location, near to the beautiful beach, loads of shops and restaurants around, best food was in the hotel!!! We dined everyday int he hotel’s restaurant, tasty great choices good variety and no repetition
