Excellent sized apartment - immaculately clean. The pool was lovely - refreshing and spotless. The staff were so nice and helpful. I would like to give a big bravo to Ariadna Suarez (not sure if I spelled her name properly)! Ariadna was a star performer so helpful, patient and cheerful.

The elevator was looking a little tired and probably needs replacing. My wife and I, along with an elderly Danish couple became stuck in it between floors for an hour one night. The night security man released us after he worked out the release mechanism. He was very helpful - he was very concerned for our welfare.

Being greeted by the "main receptionist" lady like an old friend. Ha ing stayed before it was nice to be recognised and greeted in such a friendly manor

A large jug, chopping board, sharp knife, ironing board etc in the room.would really help. And the way the cupboard opens next to the window could be changed as having to close the window to open the cupboard is a bit strange. Little things but would make the room experience better and stay easier

I like how friendly is the stuff, first night was misunderstanding from the security person which caused taking our car from the local police due a wrong parking spot. After that we had to pay a fine of 165 euros, we reported to the stuff, they tried what they can and then I talked to the director of the hotel who came there in order to investigate the issue and he was super nice, we got extra discount in order to cover a bit of the cost, they are responsible people and they care about the guests.

Beautiful property, newly renovated. Amazing pool equipped with lot of chairs. Big bathroom with nice shower.

Beds aren’t amazingly comfortable but they are fine. A lot of steps to reach the main town! (this is all over the island)

staff were amazing, beautiful views, lovely pool, close to the restaurants, bars and shops & a lovely room with everything we needed for our stay including our own balcony. Would recommend staying here!

no air conditioning but not that bad!

The location was great and the pool area very well kept. Guy on reception was very helpful. Complex small and rooms well kept and clean.

TV didn't work in the room and wasn't fixed even though the problem was reported. No aircon in rooms either and pool bar closes at 4pm which seems very early for a pool bar

the pools were amazing and plenty of sun chairs!

it was very high up so a lot of steps, but €3 in a taxi up so wasn’t bad at all. we walked down every night and got a taxi back!

amazing staff helping you out when you needed to, friendly guests and great views from the balcony if you choose the option with partial sea view.

no aircon is a shame as it does stay really hot at night but we bought a fan from one of the shops.

The location was very central and convenient. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere around the pool.

Air conditioning in the rooms would improve the overall comfort.

My 2nd time here, the bar staff were great, everything was clean and tidy, especially liked the laundry facilities as staying for 2 weeks

The only thing that let's it down is no air conditioning
