Clean hotel, well located for HUCA (the main hospital) and a safe 20 minute walk into the main part of town. Modest, but perfectly acceptable, continental breakfast. Very pleasant staff, everyone we met was lovely. Loads of free parking within one minutes walk in the Los Prados shopping centre (either underground or around the centre). Bars, cafes and grills all within walking distance. Excellent value for money. We would happily stay here again.

It's a little dated and the bathroom could do with the half bath removing and a proper shower cubicle being fitted. It works but it's very 1990's. The wifi is weak to the point of being useless. The bar next door has incredibly strong wifi so it's not a major problem unless you want to work from your room.

Nice and clean room, cleaning every day. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Pets are allowed. Excellent breakfast: freshly brewed coffee, fresh croissants, hot toast, jamon and other Spanish breakfast delicacies. Good location next to a huge supermarket and shopping center across the road. Not far from the city center.

Good location if you're travelling through, not so good if visiting the town. Lots of parking available (although you have to be quick to snag a space when you see one) or the hotel also has paid parking available. Close to supermarkets etc. if needed and breakfast was good and plentiful. A great overnight stop if just passing the area.

Would be nice if the hotel had an elevator.

Newly refurbished hotel, excellent value for money, exceptionally clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Near the main hospital which is a transport hub. Surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops.

Located over twenty minute walk from train and bus stations and the main tourist attractions. Not a problem for us, but something you need to be aware of.

The stuff were very friendly and cooperative.

no ventilation system in our room. Windows are opened only one way, open wide, without ventilation mode. Windows in our room are facing the noisy road.

20 min from city center by foot. We were offered free private parking, but already had found free place in the street. The value is pretty good. Simple continental breakfast.

The bathroom is installed in what's supposed to be a balcony. So it was a little bit cold and moist. The bad thing was that the bath looked dated.

Very basic hotel which does the job. About 1km from the core of the city. Very good breakfast available with the room in the bar beside the lobby. About 1km away from the Camino.

Nothing to dislike.
